Doesn’t give me any options for shuttles
If I try to look up shuttles, it’s does not show any ride options but the customer rep can find rides for me at the same time
Bad service, wasteof time
They delayed more than 30 minutes without any heads up and the map shows the driver is coming in minutes. The customer support is rude and no clue how to help.

I’m 5min away from home but this app chose a 30min route
Barely functional
No way to tell when rides are available without in a specific request (and if not available, it forgets all the info you already put in), notifications and the map showing car location can be misleading, doesn’t choose the most efficient routes with multiple riders, there’s no way to change your home address after putting it in the first time, I could go on. Avoid
