Seriously it should not require me to jump through so many hoops to get a quote. Link light rail to north gate and a Uber the last three miles it is.

Poor compared to super shuttle
As other reviewer noted no way to link online reservation to app, but supershuttle app does this no problem and you get lots of notification pushed with ride updates. Emailed reservation confirmation did not directions as to how to get to Ride. Was very confusing finding desk in Seattle airport. Arrows show uturns make no sense. Waiting outside in cold. One info guy at SeaTac told me to go to courtesy phones to call in and that was wrong. Have to go to desk and follow “door to door vans” signs which show you make a uturn and make no sense. So poor shuttle express app and customer direction and poor seatac signage review. SuperShuttle much better organized and app is flawless but they are not located at SeaTac.

Don’t waste your time
I was also pointed towards the app after making a reservation and the app won’t let me sign in. I’ve tried online and with the app for the past two days. Please fix his bug.

You can’t even sign in to your existing account. It does not let you put any letters in the password box. What a waste!
Worst app ever
It requires special characters for password which I set with my computer. When I try to use this app it won’t accept special characters. Is anyone QA’ing this app?
App Login Issues
Shuttle Express requires a strong password, but the app doesn’t allow anything but numbers. App is non-functional is the User can’t log in!

Possibly the worst app ever. Registration is required, with password ... but the password field will take no entry at all. What a howler.

JUST NUMBERS FOR THE PASSWORD: When going through the convoluted registration process
1)you have to register as a new user always
2)the password it’s asking you for can only be numbers (and only 4 of them...). Just enter any 4 numbers to get through that step.

Zero Stars More Accurate
I reserved online, and the confirmation pointed me towards this app. But there is no way to enter an existing reservation. Perhaps it is because my reservation is for a shared ride and a different reviewer reported you can only reserve private rides with this app. Regardless, do nothing t waste your time. This is a worthless app.

Can’t login
I signed up for an account online and just downloaded this app. After selecting “Already registered”, I try to enter my password but the field only accepts numeric characters so if your password is alphanumeric, it will never log you in. This is a very poorly designed app.
Did not get their act together
Booked by 'phone. No way to add trip to the app. No way to get help except office 'phone (tolerable from home, horrible if from luggage carousel).
Doesn't work
The info that the sign-up emails provide doesn't match up to the info the app asks me to enter. I'm unable to even get logged in to the app. Useless.
Private Service Only - No Shared Vans!
This app is ONLY for booking private town car service only - you can't book shared van service with this app. In addition, the app is clumsy and ineffective at best. They offer a great service, but booking has become a real PITA since they stopped saving customers info.

App is complete garbage. Nothing works properly. Not able to login. Customer service is horrible. Unprofessional representatives. Hang up on me twice. Poorly designed app. Very disappointed.
