اسوأ برنامج بنك

كبنك يضم عديد من العملاء المفروض البرنامج يكون احسن من جذي، ما يصير كل مرة يكون عند العميل معاملة ضرورية او ضروري يحول فلوس الحين اخر شي يلقى البرنامج يعلق ولا تحت الصيانة شي جداً محرج و مخيب للامل اتمنى تتعلمون من باقي البنوك و ترتقون لمستواهم انا شعرة و اغير البنك بسبة البرنامج الفاشل

Poorly designed app

Very poorly designed app. So many bugs. Autofill for OTPs doesn’t work. It’s slow and difficult to navigate. Many times redemption of cash back doesn’t work and fails and then magically works the next day. Needs to be much better.

Too many bugs

Slow app every time you have to restart the app many times so you can do any online transactions, its frustrating!

Doesn't support Arabic

There's no option to change the language of the app, very difficult system, stuck on English can't change to arabic

App Not Working – Face ID & Fingerprint Issues

The app has been lagging and unreliable lately. I was asked to verify my fingerprints first and then update Face ID, but there’s no iPhone model that supports both Touch ID and Face ID. This makes it impossible to complete the verification process. I also tried reinstalling and updating the app, but the issues remain. For a banking app, this is very disappointing. Please fix the bugs and update the verification process to reflect real device capabilities.

OTP should be filled automatically from sms.

Multi user support.

Ability to see in real time cashback percentage for each transaction.

These features are required in the app.

Lot of bugs

Add card to Apple Pay feature doesn’t work and is broken. No option for sms OTP and call center has no clue how to fix.

SMS OTPs don’t auto fill. App needs to be updated to enable this.

Can’t verify EID

The app is not going past the ID verification step. I tried many times but it gets stuck on the verification button and I can’t do proceed with opening an account. Other features work fine. Please look into this issue and fix it.
