Great sensors
So far, so good; could use some integrations
As for logging various events, it would be fantastic if Signos could pull from other popular logging apps. For example, Garmin or Strava or MyFitnesspal. Having to update multiple apps with the same info in order to maintain existing workflows is tedious and time consuming. I’d love to be able to do it in the places i normally do and have Signos import automatically. Everything’s got an API these days, so it. Luke be possible.

This is a bit of a pre-review just based on app features. I’m coming from Stelo and am managing type 2 diabetes through natural means (diet/exercise/lifestyle changes). For those with type 2, the blood glucose range is a bit wider than for non-diabetic people. Including a mechanism to adjust the range based on specific use cases or by a doctor’s recommendation would be helpful. I start my first sensor with Signos tomorrow and I’ll be sure to update the review as I kick the tires more.

6 Months Later - WOW!!
I’ve managed to lower my A1C from 6.7 down to 5.0. I am, however, disappointed that FDA is forcing this app to set the GV range to 140. This app clearly states what the optimum range should be. When I started using this app my glucose variable started at 180. The better I started managing what I ate, my range would get lowered in reasonable increments and made me feel good about what I was doing. Through hard work, my GV is now down to 145.
When you start this journey you need positive feedback and support. Setting the GV to 140 regardless of where you are starting, I feel, can only discourage using it. It took me 6 mos to get to 145. I wouldn’t want the constant reminder that I’m not there yet. As long as the app clearly shows what we are trying to get to, the FDA needs to butt out on how the app works.
Thank you, Signos!!!!
