Good start

Terrible

Not user friendly, horrible customer service.

Straight forward

I suppose you do more exact values (Oz/grams) to better define your intake…. The yoga portion I feel is useless.

Simple

Simple seems to be helping m to stay focused on what I am eating. At first it was anything but Simple to me but I am getting better at logging. Try not to get overwhelmed with everything you have to log and do the best you can.

Initial Experience

I have been using Simple for about 1 month. Here are my thoughts about it:
1) I like the information it provides that help me modify my behavior and my diet.
2) The AI coach really doesn’t seem overly friendly. the answers are decent but somewhat mechanical. It seems to latch on to a couple things that I have eaten and includes them in many interactions.
3) The Blinky thing doesn’t work for me. I pretty much ignore it.

The bottom line is that with the apps help I am modifying my behavior and eating habits. I am also dropping a few undesired pounds. I will continue on with the program and see where it takes me.

Excellent weight loss tool

Overall helpful but No alternative exercises for injured joints

Flawed

Food logging is incredibly flawed, and I find the alerts on the Home Screen really annoying. Will not be renewing

Fun

Its nice to have a coaching device to help with check ins and get cheered on.

Love it! But….

I wish it would link to my other health apps like pacer and apple health… my steps aren’t counted…

Good overall

I like this app but I don’t love it. It’s a bit too “cutesy “ for me but I understand why many would love it. A few things I still can’t figure out like how to log steps for the day. In addition, I have been pretty descriptive on my food intake but it seems most of the time the AI estimated fewer calories than I’m sure the meal actually was.

Worth the wait

Love it. Is easy to follow and do.

Simple really is simple

This app helps me stay accountable for my meals and snacks, as well as beverages choices. I used to binge at night, now I make a safe selection for a small snack, then at a set time start my fast. No more raiding the cupboards. It provides tailored exercise plans, and has extras you can do, such as wall Pilates and stretching. Ir will also sync with iPhone Health app for step counter. I prepaid for 3 months to give it a fair trial. Weight is going down and I’m making better meal choices.

App

This app is way too expensive! I bet this review is never seen by another live person. How much you wanna bet?

My experience

I love this app, it keeps me on top of meals, exercise, water intake as well as my mood. Im forever a client because im in no rush to lose pounds but as i gradually lose and follow my program im on the path to success!!

Cancellation

I have tried to cancel my subscription, but when I called and was next in line after waiting 15 minutes, I received a message saying there was no one available to help me I have been paying $44 a month for a service I do not use at all. When I tried to cancel on the site, it just gives me articles. This is very frustrating.

This program has been good for support and tracking food and water. I like the exercises, that can be done in 10 minutes. The library of other exercise is also helpful. The communication in the team is always good for encouragement, and giving feedback as well.

Avo is an airhead at times

The plus side is, I can type in my numbers and keep track of it. The minus, Avo even though has the info still sometimes gives you misinformed guidance and may have negative impact on the consumer because we come sometimes to Avo cuz we don’t want to talk to a human but then we argue with AI and the frustration might mentally lead to over stimulated , disappointment and emotional eating.. just saying I e had my share of discussions with AVO even though I know it’s AI and that’s how it makes me feel at times.

Program Lives up to its Name

Great workout; easy and effective moves first thing in day before breakfast

Helpful but need some work

I really enjoy this app and it has been very helpful having Avo as a coach and Blinky definitely keeps me accountable. The moment Blinky turns yellow I’m doing everything I can to get them back in the green. That being said the meal logging definitely needs a lot of work. It’s very frustrating how inaccurately it likes food. It wouldn’t be as big of an issue if you could manually override things calories or individual nutrient. My protein is always under because of incorrect login and my sodium. I worry about because I know that that’s not being calculated accurate and I’m trying to watch that closely. all around it’s a good app and I have lost some weight. But it would be a stellar app if they would fix those issues.
