On track
I am doing my best to stay on track. My start today after taking my blood pressure was disappointing. I figured it out and started off seeking to put myself back on track. Took my herbal remedies and I am on track again.👌🏾😊👍🏾
Pleasant Surprise
I was skeptical at first but after 35 days of using it with 7 pounds loss , I have nothing but positive experience. I appreciate being redirected and corrected with food choices to stay on track.👍👍👍
Almost 2 years
I’m a yo yo dieter. I started on simple at just under 400#. I’d be remiss of me not to mention I had a sleeve surgery on my stomach. For the record it took me very little time to stretch it out.
When I started simple I was in my early 60s so I had little hope but figured if I pay for it I’ll use it and use it I did. I check in every day. Drink at least the amount they suggest, usually more and I read and reread all the helpful hints they send everyday.
I’m not always perfect but simple taught me that if I eat something high calorie low nutrition that I can just go right back to the plan. Not gorge because I slipped and “start again tomorrow”. I acknowledge and move on.
I’ve learned not to beat myself up. I’ve learned what’s a good choice just by scanning my options. I’ve cut out things I thought I couldn’t live without without even noticing.
I’ve lost a person and a half. I’ve still got a ways to go but I now know I can do it.
Am I perfect, no. But Simple is such an integral part of my day routine now, that slipping right back on track is second nature. I highly recommend this app. But it’s not a miracle worker. You’ve got to do the work and with Simple, you aren’t doing it alone. With the app and the new chat feature is nice and supportive. Others on the app just trying their best just like you. I recently posted a before and now photo and the outpouring of support was a little overwhelming. I have found my people.

Canceled after free preview. Still charged.
I cancelled this app after free preview and am still being charged. I sent a note about it and asked for a refund and was charged again. I have never used.
Good start
The exercises are manageable and invigorating. Documenting is easy once you use it regularly. The positive feedback is excellent.
