This app is really helpful and I have been able to recover from shoulder pain by using it

App was recommended by employer. But SimpleTherapy want all my personal info DOB and address etc. This info shouldn’t be required and tracked on a phone app. I Won’t register for this. Sorry.

Crashes
During some of the exercises (the sword, covers on, among a few more), the video will stop 1 second before completion. It will just stay there as if it is buffering. If I his the start over button, this should go without saying, but it starts over. Thus, whether it be on the first exercise or the last, it won’t count it for the day. I really can’t take this app seriously much longer.

SimpleTherapy is really that simple.
Trying to come back from years of inflammation and stiffness hasn’t been easy. I tried SimpleTherapy through my work health benefits as a trial to see if it would help. So far, my mobility has gone from non-existent, to moderate and I couldn’t be happier. Short sessions make it convenient, and the results are incremental that keeps me coming back for more sessions. I do different targeted areas, mostly because I’m old and rusty like the Tin Man, and SimpaleTherapy is the oil.

Does not work
It’s an endless loop. I try to log in and it said I have to register. I re-register, and it said I have an account with this credential. What a job.
Great First Line Approach
I found the customized exercise program to be very safe and I love the coaching aspect. Ryan was a great coach bringing both knowledge and motivation to each session.
Data theft and eligibility criteria
I have one of the major health plan providers in the country and the app says I am not eligible.
To make it worse they first take all your personal data and then tell you about eligibility even though the eligibility check has nothing to do with your personal data.

Amazing and comfortable stretching exercises
I thought it would be hard and painful exercise. I have put it off until today. It’s very good guided exercise to relieve my pain. I look forward to the next exercise.
