Run they are crooks took my money on 2 occasions and played dumb even though he said oh yes I see you deposited $30 then said I had to wait 6 days to see if it post when it didn’t they claimed they could find no record of me having a account.there are fair better money apps
Stay away!
They will freeze your account because you tried to get your money out of Skrill and into your bank account. They claim you to unfreeze it you need to verify, but once you send in the required pics no one unfreezes your account.

This company is a scam! Everything on their page is an ad advertisement for online gambling. But any money you move there cannot be used for online gambling. Once you have money in the wallet, they permanently close your account. And send you to customer service to try and get your money back, but you can’t authenticate because they’ve closed your account.

Garbage support system
I have been using Skrill for almost 2years now,everything has been working well ,so recently when i was doing my usual transactions,they encouraged me to verify my account ,i did so and immediately they restricted my account that they are reviewing my documents.Now its almost 2 weeks nothing ,i reached out to them in email and they got back to me after like 2days saying they had resolved it only to find my account still restricted.i have been trying to reach out ever since nothing .they dont have a phone number you can call and talk to the agent directly .its so disturbing needing help and you cant get it

This has to be the worst prepaid card I’ve ever had and I’ve had them all.. I thought net spend sucked but Skrill is horrible , customer service is a joke and don’t help at all. I was charged 175$ for 20 dollars worth of gas and I’m getting the run around from them and they keep blaming the merchant but I spline with Skrill and the man I initially spoke with said the usually put a hold on a larger amount but come on man 175 sold for 20 worth of gas doesn’t even make sense.. they are doing something illegally and I strongly advise anybody that is considering dealing with Skrill to reconsider

Not friendly
You can’t transfer funds between apps like you can with PayPal or Venmo. Not even my bank recognizes it.

I have been trying to register for the past two days now and it’s really frustrating the heck out of me at first they kept saying that they were sending a verification email that I never got then I kept pushing the resend button till it said I attempted to many times I eventually today restarted my device and tried again finally got it finished everything and at the end I need a verification text code and as I am writing this review guess what still not receiving a code I never have any trouble receiving emails or texts I checked several times and it’s the correct information what’s next I’m scared that if I ever do get a account is my money going to be safe please their is no one to contact to help either just insane
