FRAUDLENT: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Deposited money into the account, asked me to verify my address I did that 100x , no customer service, phone number is non existent , they reply in 24hr intervals to reject your document, can’t even access my money deposit. Avoid this app, everything is done by automation and AI bots, there’s no real customer service representatives.

Add a lifetime referral program too so when people join through us we get a share of trades on crypto or anything that uses fees and give us 10% of the fees.

I used it for less than a day and I got locked out of my money . I used gift cards to fund it cause that was the easiest way to fund it . They couldn’t explain why they just said I have to wait for a review . Come on it’s only 1000 dollars not 1,000,000.

You guys refuse to give me credit for my reverse transaction. That means I canceled order. I had to wait seven business days for you to tell me that I had to fill out a form and request my money the neglected to send me the form having to call back again and wait forever to request another form that then you neglected to send. I did a mobile order in the wrong city. I had to cancel it to correct it to the right city and you guys kept that money and you will not give it back. It's not very much but it's not yours. It's mine.

I was not aware that there was a limit on how many transactions you can do with your card every day. It says that you can go through a verification to increase your limit I go to do the verification. I’ve already done it, and it says that my limit is unlimited. When I try to use the card it declines when I try to transfer the money to my bank account. It just puts it back on this girl card in like five minutes. Customer service is closed on the weekends.

Awful Experience
I Venmo all the time so when Skrill requested we keep sending more money for the original transaction to go through. I felt like it was a scam. The original transaction was for $700 and we ended up putting in twice that amount and I am still not comfortable with the way they do business. They claim it the fees and taxes, but seems fishy to me.

Cannot get my funds off Skrill
I have been using Skrill successfully for months. Now I am being asked to confirm my address. I have again provided Skrill with the information requested and still they will not release my funds.

Worst Money Transfer App
Avoid this app if you have any other ways of sending money. It keeps asking me to verify my ID when I try to make a transaction, even though it told me it was already verified. Also, there is no way to call them if you were outside the US.

This company is trash. Customer service has taken me 3 hrs to contact someone. So he says will start a case. Sends me email. I send pics of receipt. Go to my account no case on my account has been started. Don't use your card at a gas pump. Someone has my money. 175.00 - 30 for gas so someone has my 245 and both blame the other. Lesson learned I guess
