As a Licensed Professional Counselor & an EMDR Clinician trained through the EMDR Institute & further trained in the Marcus Method of Integrative EMDR, as well as a person who struggles with Neurological Insomnia & treats Patients so suffering, it is my professional & personal opinion that for the purposes stated, that this is the most informative & affective EMDR app available. Having suffered Pons Injury (Multiple Sclerosis) & struggling with various sleeping issues, I can put this app on, whether listening to it through my Neurotek EMDR gear, earphones/buds, or just my iPhone; it always does the job & puts me to sleep. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling to sleep for any reason. Dr Mark Grant has created this app in an affective, informative & ethical manner & I commend him for making it available to the masses. I can finally get to sleep or back to sleep
I’m doing EMDR for PTSD and my psychologist recommended this app for my insomnia and sleep difficulties. It’s been amazing. I pop my Bluetooth sleep mask on, rain+bls and fall asleep - or more importantly back to sleep at 3am - in minutes! After 5+ years of sleep disturbances and insomnia, this app has been life changing.

This app was recommended to me by a medical professional after I experienced insomnia following a protracted illness. What a Godsend
This music, these techniques will send you into deep mesmerising sleep. And with minimal effort on your part. All you need to do, is listen (if you’re able to hear). I keep recommending this app to anyone who is struggling to sleep.
Good app, but several options just don’t work
Several of the playlist options have load errors, so even if you pay for premium, you’re not getting that many of the recordings.

What a waste of money. I purchased the App & when I went to use it, they asked me to upgrade? Refund please you are just shysters who are profiteering on the Covid situation. Shame on you cretins!

The app is actually FREE - the upgrade option only comes after you have obtained the free version. If you purchased the upgrade and it didn't install (which occasionally happens) our technical dept can help via the link in the app.
Beautiful and original
This is a lovely app. It’s different from other sleep apps I’ve tried and its wonderful. I love it, it’s definitely helped me to sleep better, and I also enjoy listening to it at other times, just to help me relax. I love all the tracks- they’re wonderful, original and beautiful - thank you.

No way to sample
Amazon , almost all music selling platforms, etc. allow you to hear the song 20-30 seconds. I heard 1 song. When I wanted to try out others on the app to see what was out there, I had to pay full price for song. This doesn’t work for me. I need to know what kind of music is available with a sample before purchasing. I didn’t purchase anything.

My EMDR therapist sent me your app; so glad she did! I had been really struggling getting to sleep/ getting back to sleep. I found most of the tracks helpful & several of the recommendations became favourites: much of the music was soothing. So too were some of the spoken pieces: soothing & comforting. Important as I have c-ptsd resulting from adoption process. ‘Waiting for the morning’ is very good for throwing light on difficult early morning times..never had those processes so clearly explained. Overall an extremely useful aid for overcoming insomnia which goes way beyond standard ‘sleep hygiene’.

I love this app so much
I have been using this app for over a year now and it has been the most helpful app I have ever downloaded. I struggle with PTSD which makes it almost impossible for me to fall asleep at night. I used to lie in bed awake for hours before falling asleep, if I slept at all but with this app, I listen to “The Night Watchman” audio and fall asleep almost instantaneously. I have listened to the audio hundreds of times and I have never made it to the end without falling asleep. This app is so so so amazing and I can not recommend it enough.
