Not awesome
You get the earpiece, but if you lay on on side more than the other is very uncomfortable for your ear if you already have ear pain that doesn’t help. However, I have the piece on my ear an hour before I’m going to bed and it’s already signaling that I am snoring when I’m not. However, I will say that the recordings you can hear are amazing as long as it’s not recording your spouse.

The app is worthless. The device almost works.
Device works ok. The App is completely worthless. No record keeping. No data analysis. None. Even the feedback field is a fail since it throws a “fail” response when you submit. This really could be a good device if the app works.
Does not work
Received the Sleeplus Ear Device and it does not work. The APP IS WORTHLESS! Tried several times to create an account and pair my device. Keeps coming back faied network. I know my server is working but this App can’t connect. Attempted to contact the company but no phone no# and no website connection. But when asked for a refund and Sleeplus tells me there is no history of my purchase. Big time scam. I am finding a consumers complaint with the MO AG Office and notifying my credit card company.

Terrible app interface
Poor user interface design makes using this app a painful experience.
Frustrated
App appears to be complete garbage needing an overhaul..will not allow me to save my information (the very first screen) and will not pair with my iPhone 14 or my work iPhone 13…very disappointed..don’t waste your money, because customer support is non-existent and getting a refund..HAH!!!
Can’t get started
I can’t even get past the initial personal information stage. Just keeps saying the save failed. Not a great way to get started using the device.
Do not bother
As others have stated, this is not worth your time or trouble. I bought 1 for my wife and myself. The device and app are junk.
Please fix the app
As an example, I just synced last night sleep and the app is showing a random date… there doesn’t seem to be a way to update the app so I’m only assuming I amusing the current version. Occasionally I have seen the current date data but I can’t remember the last time. What’s going on? Is this app being supported?

This app won’t even save my input information and goes into an endless cycle and don’t work. Waste of time and money .
Won’t let me enter information gives me fail error.
This app is not what it says it is. On personal information it lets you enter the info then when you go to enter it fails and just shows a revolving wheel and locks up. Also when you go to the thread to adjust the strength and data it draws a blank screen when you press to go to the thread. My pod was working great then after loading app it quit working correctly.

App is dreadful in every way - DON’T BUY THE SNORE EARSET
No information will save, and the app won’t pair to the Snore Earset E4. Because of this, no snore data or sleep data is saved, negating the entire purpose.
The device wasn’t inexpensive - for the price, this company needs to deliver a product that actually works.
For now I’m assuming this whole thing is a scam - let’s see if the company does the right thing…

Horrible app
This app needs an extensive amount of work. Constantly crashes and can’t get to any of the features as it continues to “save failed” and have to start over every time. It will not syncs to Bluetooth either. Fix the app or this device is worthless.
Bought the ear piece, but the software does not work!
Buyer be aware, I spent $179 to help my sleep apnea problem. App downloaded and does not work, this company is a rip off! Stay away!

The stick pads cause a rash
I am unable to use the devise. After using the stick pads, I get a big red welp when I take them off

When the instructions that come with the device are so poorly written, full of misspellings, typos, etc.,
someone whose first language is English needs to review every written word.
