I cannot find anywhere information on how to set the date and time after you have changed the batteries in my Honeywell pro series Home unit

A scam to make you buy a subscription just to turn the ac unit on. SCAMMMMMM

Complete scam, doesn’t work with Honeywell thermostat. Unfortunately I saw that when I already paid 60$ for a year. Of course there is no money back.
Pet feeder
Cent log into my feeder after only having for a few months, paid the annual fee and now going on vacation and it doesn’t work. Nobody has messaged me back at customer service either.

app was not compatible with my thermostat as advertised. smart home won’t return my emails nor will AI assistant help with refund or cancelling subscription.
