The door never operates how it’s supposed to. I always have to put my code in at least three times. The app sucks. Every day it say “This is taking longer than normal”. I hate using it.
Absolutely trash
I’m forced to pay $130 a month at my apartment for this garbage that doesn’t even work. The door regularly doesn’t unlock, and I can’t control the temperature on my thermostat anymore. Completely ridiculous. I would imagine all of the high ratings are mostly bots because I’ve read nothing but terrible reviews. And don’t get me started on the security risks.

Stopped Working
All of a sudden my app signed me out. Now every code I use from my authenticator app doesn’t work. None of the codes work. I’m completely locked out of my app. Now the only way to get in my apartment is by putting the code into my lock where anyone (including my abusive and stalking ex) can walk up behind me and see my code. I’m moving out because of this stupid app. Do better.

Not even bare minimum
This app has zero integration. Automations require to manually activate them. No Shortcuts. No Home integration.
This feels like it was Concorde’s to do bare minimum and fails at that. It is also vendor locked so you can’t write a better app.

issues with lock, Ac at times
there are times where it’s very slow for the door to unlock through the app, end up just using the key pad to unlock door

Automations
Was excited to see autonomous actions added, however! you giving me a notification to press to activate and ignore it to skip is not autonomous! Stupid. Literally so many great features on the market and for some reason apartment complexes waste money on the least useful one.
Needs Improvement
Having to sign in so frequently is frustrating. Also, preventing users from pasting a 2FA code makes the login process unnecessarily inconvenient.
Terrible inconvenience
App communication with the hub is atrocious. Have to send the same command 5+ times to work. It says you can set your own code to enter but that's a lie, because it won't let you overwrite the current code no matter how many goats you sacrifice. I wish I could just use a physical key and be done with but I'm forced to use this piece of garbage app. Love renting life

Forced on our community without consent after our building got bought by a new company. Never works, always takes forever, a huge downgrade from just having a key. Get saas away from my residence.

Slow App
Never loads in time, times out and not convenient most of the time when trying to access the app or my apartment. Better off just putting the code in at the door every time.
Unreliable and Slow
I have had this app now for around 4 to 5 years, due to it being the only app associated with unlocking my front door for my apartment. At first, the app worked great, and it would unlock the door, efficient and reliably every time.
However, in the last couple of years, it only works for unlocking my door about 20% of the time. I used to be able to unlock the door through this app as I was coming up to the start of my hallway, but it now doesn’t even work to unlock my door when I’m standing right in front of it (regardless of whether or not I am using Wi-Fi or cellular data), the majority of the time. Additionally, there have been multiple occasions in which I press the unlock button, still have to put my code into my door to actually unlock it, and then my door will unlock finally from the app a couple of minutes later (after it has already been locked). I find this to be unacceptable, as this is the main function of the app (and the only reason that I have it), as well as somewhat of a safety concern.
However, the only reason that I’m still giving the app 2 stars (rather than 1) is because the app still works reliably for turning on and off the lights in my home that are connected to the app.
I am not typically one to leave reviews when I am not satisfied with an app, but I find this to be a bit more of a serious issue, considering this is pertaining to the lock on my front door.

All the time the AC temperature goes up without none touching the control. What is that? How is that possible!?!?!

This app is not currently working, but it doesn’t matter cause this app is always buggy. The thermostat never shows the correct temperature, and I can never set the temperature from the app. The door doesn’t unlock half the time from the app, and the other half it takes 3 attempts to unlock the door from the app.
It really does seem like every update makes it slower, more buggy, and just generally unusable.
