Praise Where It’s Due
Thanks to the Nisa Dennistoun team, each of you gems are noticed and appreciated. Taking care of my order, always arrives well packed and secure! It’s also refreshing to have you read any notes I may add to order as so many just don’t! Thank you once again for providing top quality service and I’d like to note the kind, friendly yet professional delivery driver - I only wish the app itself could be worked on in many areas, mainly the two most irritating is the lack of cohesion in that it could allow me to fill my basket, which after hosp the other night was around £75 worth of items so it wasn’t exactly a fast process, as I took my time browsing etc, and yet…. Infuriatingly , it allowed me to complete each step, only for it to flag up that , sorry this is a 45-60mins time slot and we close in 10mins. Like what? Why on earth allow me to add to basket ? Ridiculous, it could so easily flag up a wee clock countdown to the time for accepting the last orders before closing , or if no countdown , just do not let me add anything to my basket at all if you are closing in 30mins as clearly it will be rejected! Now that has nothing to do with the store of course, but the app really ought to be more Scotland / uk based even! As it seems that the app thinks we are part of the USA and their way of life, of compulsory tipping! Okay it can be removed but realistically, the USA have you tip a machine that you had to operate yourself !
Over here, it drives me mad that SnappyShopper doesn’t allow me to return to the app to add a tip for driver for up to 24Hours say, or even allow a one hour window from receiving the order, before the tip ability is revoked. As it’s so embarrassing that I don’t have change on me for the driver as he really is the most helpful as I was using crutches etc , but not only can I not add to it , I have to place the tip as though it’s an item , adding to basket the tip for the driver before I even place the order- never mind having me receive it first ! apologies for rant but just not fair to drivers.
I am however a happy customer who returns regularly reflecting my positive experience with this team - you are each so very appreciated xx

Hit and miss
We used this app for a long time, very often we receive the wrong product and have to really struggle to get refunds or correct items and even have to go out of our way to the shop physically which defeats the purpose of using the delivery app!

App stops working a lot
When the app works it’s very good but nearly every time
they update it, the next time you use it it freezes up (usually at the point of taking payment) have had to uninstall and reinstall several times and even then it’s not guaranteed to work.
