They charging more money I rent 3 same day same time they charging me 3 time and the third was pay next day I don’t nkow it’s not good
Poor Customer Service
I had a lock problem with the bike. They called me saying that their field team will handle it at no cost. I explained that I couldn’t get back to the bike due to an emergency. Suddenly they charge me a $15 fine and temporarily suspended my account.
Please improve the app some 😩
I love the convenience of these bikes but nothing ruins your commute to work more than no bikes being at a hub/broken bikes. (Especially when it’s gage park and there should be plenty bikes) Not to mention the app is just not up to the standard it could be. I’ve had at least 3 times where the app just will not load or it logs me out while I’m trying to get home from work resulting in me having to walk 40 minutes home (big mood killer by the way)

Won’t take my email
I tried my iCloud email address and my Gmail one and it says they’re not valid. I was hoping to use bikeshare in Buffalo New York today but I guess that’s not going to happen. So stupid.

Not a good system
Me and 4 other people tried to use this QR code to ride bikes but it automatically locked us out during registration. How is that possible

I strongly recommend buying your own bicycle instead of wasting your time and money on this piece of garbage.

Absolutely useless
This app was clearly written by a team that has never actually used their own app. Forgot your password? You won't be able to reset it and the app conveniently also won't tell you what the error is. Try to register using another email? Sorry, you can't do that either, your phone number can only be linked to one account - the one the app won't let you log into. Try both a new email and your office phone? Sorry, the app blocked you because of too many attempts. I'm not surprised that most municipal bike systems use Lyft as their operator - Social Bicycles is clearly incompetent at running even the most basic app.

Bad program for one time riders
Not worth it if you’ll only ride once- requires high start up costs and won’t let you spend less than $14 for your first ride
Outrageous fees
Constantly charged fees of $25 for improper locking when the bike is locked in proper locking area
Didn’t really have a good experience at all
Can’t find enough bikes when I needed it, I know that’s not entirely the issue of the company. Also, software glitches sometimes, the bike won’t unlock and just keep showing indicators led running. Price weren’t good, just, overall, wouldn’t purchase the service if I can have the second chance. Waste of $20 for my membership.

I’m able to log in from the browser but not the app. I need to log into the app to unlock the bike
