Very supportive

Soob has made it much easier for me to stay alcohol free by giving me a simple way to check in every day without feeling overwhelmed. I really like seeing my streaks and writing a few thoughts in the journal because it reminds me how far I've come. The app feels supportive instead of pushy, and it's become part of my daily routine.

Great app to build good habits

If you’re trying to cut back on drinking, Soob is a great app to support you. The idea of having a personalized plan is very appealing. I like the interface of the app it is very modern. Certain features like the journaling prompts makes it more fun to use and track. I liked the design of the app it’s very clean and interesting. I’ve used this app for a while to track my drinking progress and I Ioved it. I find it inspirational and fun. The strategy in this app is very effective and doesn’t feel boring at all.

It’s very helpful

Expensive

They charged me 3 times in less than two month amounts of $57., $49 and $9.9. Very difficult to manage your subscripción and to cancel. Very disappointed.

Deduction still despite cancellation of subscription

I have cancelled my subscription in March and still had 3 deductions for the subscription in May June and now already reserved another in July. Untrustworthy app and organisation!

Brilliant app for building self-discipline!

Finding a habit tracker that actually respects your privacy is so rare these days. Love that it doesn't collect your data, so my journal logs and progress feel completely private. The added morning/evening reflection tools and breathwork are great touches for managing daily stress. Simple, effective, and beautifully designed.

Good app

This is quite a good app, it encourages users to stop any form of addiction(habit) and lot more by allowing users to set the main goals for using the app and creating a proper layout to achieving the main goal. It has meditation routines (morning, afternoon and evening prime).. great app to be very honest, but the app is best used for premium users.

ch bin mit meiner Erfahrung sehr zufrieden. Von Anfang an wurde ich freundlich und respektvoll behandelt. Der Service war schnell, professionell und zuverlässig. Alles war gut organisiert und die Qualität hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Besonders gefallen hat mir die sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und die angenehme Atmosphäre. undurchsichtiges bezahldesign

mal ist die sprache deutsch, mal ist die sprache englisch, je nachdem ob man sich auf der site bewegt oder in der app. obwohl ein probeabo angeboten ist, wird sofort per paypal belastet. eine deutliche widerspruchs- oder kündigungsmöglichkeit ist kaum auffindbar. überfrachtetes gesamtdesign. nicht zu empfehlen!

Jamais reçu mon plan personnalisé ni mon accès à l’application. De plus, je me fait prélever 50€ par mois alors qu’aucun plan ne prévoit ce montant. J’ai du faire opposition à ma carte bancaire pour arrêter le massacre. Bien sur, impossible de joindre le coach personnel soit disant disponible 7/7 24/24.

I was really thinking about quitting alcohol for a while but I found being sober really boring, but I suddenly got amblyopia, well I’m happy I ran into this app, it’ll really help me from the nutrition deficiencies I got, thanks to the guy who made the app🦾

Ehrliche Bewertung

Die App war schnell runtergeladen und relativ schnell eingerichtet. Bei der Einrichtung fand ich gut, dass man mehrere Optionen auswählen konnte (bei den meisten zumindest),was bei anderen ähnlich Apps nicht möglich war, doch danach erst anzumerken, dass man bezahlen muss finde ich etwas täuschend für den Aufwand den man bei diesem Zeitpunkt schon hinter sich hatte. In der App fand ich die Übersicht prima und flüssig lief alles auch. Aber wieder anzusprechen sind die kostenpflichtige Funktionen (fast alles), obwohl man auch eine kostenlose Version mit nicht so vielen Funktionen zur Verfügung stellen könnte. Insgesamt macht sie aber einen guten Eindruck und ich kann mir vorstellen, dass diese App manchen echt helfen könnte, ihr Alkoholkonsum unter Kontrolle zu bekommen.

C’est une arnaque. Lors de l’inscription, on vous explique bien de choses mises en place pour vous. Mais chaque fois que vous passez à la page suivante : nouveau prélèvement sans validation. Donc le premier est de 9,92 euros comme dans les pubs, mais le deuxième est de 57 euros ! De plus, tous les contenus intéressants (les vocaux de motivation et d’hypnose) sont en ANGLAIS.
