Always signs me out
The most annoying app especially when you’re short of time. Always signs you out and requires you to press forgotten password.
Dont listen to public recommendations much and the app usually isn’t a help
Meh it’s a mediocre app the trains are cool but usually WAY too crowded on my line, I’ve had to miss a train as a “sacrifice” because I couldn’t fit on it
Useless
Dreadful experience trying to book a return ticket from SOU to SAL.
Would not allow a correction despite going right back to booking screen. Shall have to buy at the railway station.
Bring back the old site.

The app is pretty good but it does go through stages of not working, not syncing or just being down which is very annoying on frantic mornings
Cannot buy ticket from June 2026
Several updates released, still can’t buy ticket on this app. Model iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Won’t connect
App won’t connect nor will it let me login. Just got an update today and it did not fix the issue.
Very buggy
It works only once in a blue moon. I prefer it to save on surcharges but always has a bug at the point of payment.
App stinks
I can’t login, I did the password reset and am stuck in a perpetual sign in, sign in , sign in. What’s worse is this is preventing me view my already purchased tickets. What’s worse a shambles.

Useless
Can’t logon! App is stuck and suggests changing your password which is ridiculous. Hope they can run a train system better than develop software.
Just the worst app
the worst app update I've ever seen - logs you out multiple times a day, no Face ID, doesn't tell me about train delays, no templated ticket types when buying (like regular journeys at set times - you know, like a commute), so many clicks just to get a damn ticket. Absolute tosh

This used to be a good app but then changes made it hopeless. But now greatly improved. Remembering login and payment details are the major pluses. Also reducing the number of steps/screens to go through just to buy a ticket. Still got things to learn from Amazon app/payment etc but much better than previously.

Much better
Much better now I don’t have to log in every single time. Would be good to add an expiry to tickets added to Apple wallet so they disappear when they become invalid. I now have hundreds of tickets in my wallet and it’s a pain to delete each one.
Good app
Intuitive app, easy to use. Just some glitches because it signs me out every time. That gets frustrating!
The navigation
The navigation on the app is bit difficult , it logs out and need to log out n every time to buy a ticket .
Logon caught in a loop
I have tried everything from reinstalling the app, rebooting phone, and clearing cache. The app won’t allow you to log on. It’s caught in a loop. You submit your credentials and it sends you right back to the logon page. Not useable.

Worst app I have ever used
This app does not even deserve one star. This is an app that is supposed to be used for daily transport, but using it is easily the worst part of my day.
Updated but still somehow broken
Saw they had updated the app but still can’t actually buy a ticket, you’d think that would be the priority.
