App stinks
I can’t login, I did the password reset and am stuck in a perpetual sign in, sign in , sign in. What’s worse is this is preventing me view my already purchased tickets. What’s worse a shambles.

Useless
Can’t logon! App is stuck and suggests changing your password which is ridiculous. Hope they can run a train system better than develop software.
Just the worst app
the worst app update I've ever seen - logs you out multiple times a day, no Face ID, doesn't tell me about train delays, no templated ticket types when buying (like regular journeys at set times - you know, like a commute), so many clicks just to get a damn ticket. Absolute tosh

This used to be a good app but then changes made it hopeless. But now greatly improved. Remembering login and payment details are the major pluses. Also reducing the number of steps/screens to go through just to buy a ticket. Still got things to learn from Amazon app/payment etc but much better than previously.

Much better
Much better now I don’t have to log in every single time. Would be good to add an expiry to tickets added to Apple wallet so they disappear when they become invalid. I now have hundreds of tickets in my wallet and it’s a pain to delete each one.
Good app
Intuitive app, easy to use. Just some glitches because it signs me out every time. That gets frustrating!
The navigation
The navigation on the app is bit difficult , it logs out and need to log out n every time to buy a ticket .
Logon caught in a loop
I have tried everything from reinstalling the app, rebooting phone, and clearing cache. The app won’t allow you to log on. It’s caught in a loop. You submit your credentials and it sends you right back to the logon page. Not useable.

Worst app I have ever used
This app does not even deserve one star. This is an app that is supposed to be used for daily transport, but using it is easily the worst part of my day.
Updated but still somehow broken
Saw they had updated the app but still can’t actually buy a ticket, you’d think that would be the priority.
Rubbish
Appalling. Logs you out all the time and won’t allow IOS facial ID sign in, and the browser based login doesn’t even have the password field set up to be recognised as a password field, so I have to externally go to the iOS password app, find and copy the password and go back and put it in. Which then when you have no or low signal at a random station when you’ve been logged out and need to log back in can be a huge problem. There is no excuse for such poor design in 2026. Sort it out.

Terrible
Never stays logged in, no memory of my preferences, defaults to a single ticket for search every time, doesn’t remember that I use a smart card even though I have one on my account. And it’s about 50/50 whether it works at all after taking my money. Needs significant improvement.
Daily sign in
Having to sign in everytime you want to purchase a ticket now is very frustrating. I’m considering finding another way to buy online.

Still broken
6 months since the revamped app and multiple “updates”. Still logs out multiple times in a day. App rating doesn’t reflect reality today where most reviews mention this issue.
Repeated “app surveys” have this as an option, but still not fixed. App is utterly unfit for purpose when a ticket can’t be retrieved at the gate resulting in missed trains that I have and will continue to claim delay repay for.

Log out
Need to fix the app urgently. I can’t be logging into the app with my username and password every day of the week. INSTALL FACEID URGENTLY!!!
Worse since ticketing login update
Constantly requires additional button presses and confirmation, along with separate login step with seemingly no setting to remain logged in. Similarly, when you know the type of ticket you want, having to select specific trains is tortuous.
Overall takes way, way too long and too many steps to complete what should be a simple, 30 second transaction.
