The simple expenses journal I’ve been looking for!
This is a very clean and simple interface for recording expenses throughout the course of my day. I like that I define the categories. The reporting and exporting and backup functions make it work for me.

I wanted something that was similar to how I track my finances in my spreadsheet check register! I think this does most of what I want and it is an easy to use app!
I do have one recommendation for an improvement or added feature - need to add a running balance column to the Transactions area! Helps predict when I might struggle with paying for a bill or if I have extra to put in savings for the month!
Oh, another thought/idea would be to create a transfer link between accounts for when I move money from Checking to Maintenance Savings or Vacation Savings then it auto updates the credit or debit for the other account.

Great so far!
Been using spending trackers for a while and this is the best I found.
Easily the best out of all the spending tracking apps
I tried them all and this one is by far the best and the most intuitive to use. This is my most widely used app. I can very easily track and monitor how much is going in and out each month. Everything just works. Kudos to the developer. I’ve recommended this to several people. The fact that it’s all manual entry makes this even better. It forces you to be mindful of your spending. No other app I own has made such a positive impact on my daily routine than this one. I’d give it more stars if I could!
If there is one negative, I would have to say those other apps look better than this one. This app reminds me of 1990’s clip art on a PC. I wish it was more modern looking.

Super useful app
A friend of mine, Velislava, showed me the app. I am super glad she did. Very easy to navigate and track your expenses + income! ;)
Can’t X out of ads to access your data
Advertising gets stuck ‘on’ and there’s no way to access your data. Can’t X out of ads.

New to this app and I am good with money. Yet I wanted something that was convenient and easy and this certainly tracks my expenditure efficiently and effectively.

Very Useful
If you’re diligent with entering your expenses, this app can be a very useful tool for seeing how much you are spending. There are plenty of apps that will enter the info for you by connecting directly to your bank account, but this one doesn’t require that at all, which I love. Also, by entering the information myself, it creates a mental note for me so I might say to myself, “Wow, I have already spent $100 on school supplies? That’s a lot, maybe I’ll wait until my next paycheck before spending anymore on that.” I am paid bi-weekly and it’s especially useful seeing what I am spending my money on every two weeks. I particularly enjoy the fact that their are categories, so I know exactly how much of my funds are going into what which can allow me to tailor my spending, potentially shaving a few dollars off some of the nonessential categories and put it into savings if I choose. I’ve already made a plan to save by cutting from certain categories (which are conveniently customizable in the app). I would definitely recommend it if you don’t mind putting the info in yourself, plus it’s super easy to use!
