Don’t believe the 5 star ratings

I got this app maybe 3 days ago and just completed the “ Day 1 Challenge”. Which immediately upon completion, they have you rate the app and congratulate you, which is great, and even offer you programs that you might try next. Only to not let you unlock it without purchasing the membership. I do like the set up of the app, and the concept behind it. If they are going to offer the app for free with “ in app purchases” they SHOULDNT only offer 1 free exercise and then expect people to pay. Thats very disappointing

Hi! 😊 Don’t worry, it’s completely normal not to learn all the exercises on the first day. The program is designed so you’ll understand the movements gradually as you repeat the workouts. You can always replay the sessions and follow the video guidance anytime. Keep going, you’ve got this! 💪

ITS TRUE IN THIRTY DAYS YOU GET THE SPLITS MIGHT EVEN GET THEM IN LESS

Yes it is true and 30 days or less you may get the splits! After one or two exercises you feel really good this might be my new favorite workout app!

This app is so good👍👍👍

So I just downloaded this app today and I tried it and like it’s like so good because when I try it it taught me how to like do the splits and I’m doing day two on day one because I have school tomorrow and this game is not a game like this app is like so fun and like it helps you with stuff like splits in it brings you to the stretches and ask you how what your age is and how tall you are and what your body weight is so I can help you through this stuff that you’re going through and I really think you should download this app today
