The split pay app really helps as I only get paid once monthly. I give 3.5 stars because it does not give options to pay second installment back in payments (smaller payments), only half and half, sometimes I have less then the 2nd half and want to put it towards the payment but am unable too

MORTGAGE STRESS NO MORE!!
When I first read about Split Pay, I was very skeptical. I literally spent the entire weekend worrying. Will this go through? Will my lender it, etc. etc. but I’m here to tell you Monday morning. The payment went through and I’m so grateful! It’s truly a peace of mind, knowing that your mortgage is already paid in full and it also gives you financial freedom because you have 14 more days for you to get the second part of your mortgage!! so if you are skeptical, as I was trust and believe this is real, and this is such a great app!! 😊😊😊

It helped
I started using this service to help me manage my car payment. I got approved immediately and had used it a couple of times. It works perfectly. But know that they charge you a fee. To be honest I think is a little bit high, but for once in a while and to help you manage your money is a great option.

A God-Send
Splitpay helped me so much when I was overwhelmed with bills especially my mortgage. This company was able to lift a burden off of me and I’ve been able to catch up and even pay my mortgage early now.

Split Pay has helped me out so much financially. Now that I split my rent, it is so much easier to budget all of my other bills for the month. The app is easy to use and they help make sure my rent is paid while i don’t have to stress!
Scam
The idea is you don't have to worry about missing a bill because it's split in two payments- sounds good right? What they don't tell you is that you have to make the full payment to them and they pay the rent for you and deduct the two payment from the full payment you made to them.
If you're making the full payment why pay them and be charged a fee plus surcharges when you can just pay the debt on time. This made me late on a payment I'll never use this scam service again.

I would not recommend nor consider.
I wouldn’t recommend nor consider. Installed just to see how it works? As I am literally hearing about it consistently. I installed and immediately got denied. My credit score is 717 and I have quite a bit of money saved as a down payment for a home that I’m currently considering purchasing.

Makes Rent a Little Less Stressful
I genuinely love using Split! Rent is obviously one of those bills that you can’t avoid, so being able to have a little more flexibility with how I pay it has been incredibly helpful. It makes it so much easier to manage my money throughout the month without feeling like such a huge chunk disappears all at once.
One of my favorite parts is that I’m also building my credit just by paying a bill I have to pay anyway, which is a win-win 😅. Split has taken some of the stress out of rent and has made managing monthly finances feel a lot more flexible and doable. Definitely one of those apps I’m glad I found!
