Terrible withdrawal times to get your money it takes them forever to give it to you. Little easily take it, but I’ll take forever to pay you a new win stick with the MGM or FanDuel.

Haven’t even made a deposit yet ( can’t get a hold of a representative to ask why) until all my documents have been verified, oh they have been verified and approved yet I still can’t deposit. I’m glad I read the reviews before I did send them money not knowing what will happen next. Terrible customer service absolutely terrible.

I can list the million fraudulent boarder line illegal practices this Sportsbook uses from not being able to lock yourself out to not being able to talk to anybody. But the main thing is it takes days. And I mean 3, 4, sometimes 5 days just for them to award a bet. (It takes other books minutes after the game has ended) Do not under any circumstances use this book.

Cashed in on the hype and disappeared
Wow just wow. Where to start. Was told there was a sign up bonus never got it. ABSOLUTELY NO PROMOS WHATSOEVER! Nothing that would make me even want to put money onto this site. What an absolute joke of a casino.

Don't use your money here!
Definitely one of the worst sportsbooks out there. They don't process withdrawals on the weekends and during the week they take hours, even days to just process your withdrawal. They definitely should be put out of business.

I am trying to withdraw from the book and they have been holding up my withdrawal for a week since they need an explanation on why I would like to withdraw. I explained that it is my money and would not like to gamble with it and they still will not process it!!!

It’s awful. Nothing loads in the casino, the layout is horrible, very little options in sports betting. There’s way better apps out there, don’t waste your time.

I’ve used every single sports app available in my state. This app was incredibly horrible, took 3 weeks to get my bonus bets because I had to verify three different cards and two different bank accounts. This took about three weeks after calling multiple times since it took forever. Never experienced such an extensive delay and fortitude behind a bonus bet. 3 weeks!! 5 different card/bank verifications, smh

Do not us app!
My withdrawal has been pending for 2 weeks even though I have submitted proper documents. Have had 4 support people (via chat as well as phone) say they will switch it to processed and I’ll get my money in 2-3 days and it STILL says pending. I am trying to use my bonus bets and all of a sudden games won’t load. There are way better apps than this one. Use with caution!

Absolutely trash, greedy application. Do NOT give them your time or money. Once I realized I couldn’t get my bonus bets, I attempted to withdraw my money. This led to a 1.5 month long process of over 20 emails with support just for me to GET MY CASH back.

After being on it for 2 days
After using SI for 2 days I have to say. The payout speed is incredibly slow for a Sportsbook. I can understand a daily fantasy but not a Sportsbook. They say the awaiting process time takes 1 hour to pass by but I’ve been waiting for 24 hours and it still just says awaiting process. After having a chance to use this myself. The people are correct this is one of the worst Sportsbook to use all around. I’ve used less known Sportsbook and they aren’t this slow with there payouts. Please don’t use this, it’s a trap and a scam for a company that has such a large name. Just find a better Sportsbook!

Worst app I’ve ever used for sports betting. Won’t let me withdraw with any options, checks my location every time, says my phone is jailbroken. Yikes… get better devs, this is embarrassing.
