UI is great, but not functional.
After submitting a transfer, all doesn’t show tracking information. When you click on previous transfers, app crashes. This has been the case the past two years. I do not know who their Product Owner and QA team is but they need to do a better job.
Same issue as patent app, Placid Express. Low rates and app crashes
I’ve been a customer for years. Their rates are very low compared to other exchange companies, by 10 or more percent in cases. FaceID doesn’t work, and app crashes when trying to view previous transactions. This is basically re-skinned parent app.
Couldn’t send money for two weeks
Kept getting error about transfer rate for two weeks, customer service told me to download a update despite being on the latest version

Its horrible because they never pick up. Tried so many times in two weeks because the app is not taking me to password field instead it sends code to my number and when I try to log in it says password wrong..well how I am gonna input password without having the password field..

Fraudulent - Be aware!
When you try to transfer money via credit card they call you back and make you cancel it but never refund you the money. They then ask you to make another payment using a debit card. Although your money will eventually go through your initial credit card transaction will not refunded. When I tried to contact them to get my refund they kept telling me someone would call me back and no one did. I finally submitted a claim with my credit card company so now they blocked my account. Stupid app and even more stupid customer service.
