Love this app!
I live just outside of Boston and I no longer even bother trying to find metered parking. Having this app is so worth it in avoiding the hassle of trying to find parking in a busy city.

Do NOT use SpotHero. Just use the local service at the garage or on a QR code. I got a $100 ticket from using their service and when I reached out, they finally responded multiple days later and they just refunded me the $3.99 for the parking I paid them!

The garage is easy to find. Great location. It is clean and well marked inside and out. Decent price for downtown parking.

I stress about parking when I come into the city. SpotHero has removed all the stress. Very easy to use I’ve told everyone about it.
Washington Post garage
Staff was very helpful. The building above the garage was very clean and beautiful with security guards. EV charging was limited but availability was more likely during off peak hours. Many of the spots were not available because they could hold two cars and you could be blocking someone or be blocked in, which was not allowed for SpotHero guests, however the parking attendants were helpful in finding spots that would be ok.

Good Experience
Arrived there easy access of 395 no more than 5 light. Person in front of me was unprepared a staff member appeared and handled the situation quickly and professionally. There were 2 staff attendees on premises. I felt safe and welcomed.

Spot hero is so easy to use, safe and secure parking spot and a great value. I’ve used it 3 times Detroit and Baltimore and excellent every time! It has saved us a ton of money on parking in the city!

I used spot hero in nyc. Saved $20 and found a garage within 10 minute walk. It was fast and easy . Highly recommend looking on spot hero
Pay more and get ticketed
I have been noticing I am overpaying when I go downtown Denver using it for Colorado Rockies games. Then on July 2, I used it to pay for parking and I later received a parking ticket from the parking lot I paid for on Spot Hero. I contacted customer service and they were not able to help. I am deleting this application. It’s not worth getting fined. It’s cheaper, more convent and easier to find a spot on my own. It reminds me of Uber and Lyft. When it first came out it was a savings. Now it’s not worth leaving on my phone. Delete your before you regret it like I do.
