Terrible App

Never use Spot Hero unless you are willing to be scammed by them and the owners of the lot. Their app does not do what it says and the customer service does not follow through with customer concerns.

Poor AI Email Customer Service

Had issues with a reservation and when I contacted their email customer service AI responded. It seemed helpful but after I provided it the info it needed it ghosted me.
