I’ve always wanted an app that allowed me to reach out to my dr immediately instead of always having to login to a portal. Great for texting and video chatting.
Will not load…shows up as downloaded but then tries to reload. No success.
Kendra is amazing
It’s easy to use and type in what you want to say.
As a patient as well as a psychologist I find this to be the most stable and usable apps in this category
Thank you all so much for helping me . I need guidance and mental health and my anxiety is so bad that most days I just shut down where I can’t eat, sleep , speak so fast that I don’t even know what I said . I need this guidance in my journey through life . Thank you for 2nd chances . So grateful .
Would be much better if it has a search function. So difficult to look back at convos and all you can do is scroll.
Everyone I’ve been guided to seems like the perfect fit. Psychology has come a long way in the past few years with new techniques and approaches. Spruce and Associates are tops in their field and I feel fully supported by all these fine professionals.
Just glitchy
So far so good.
The intake took 4 separate attempts. Had to re enter info multiple times on the same screen. Got to the end and had to restart. Nothing saved even though I’m logged in. If you select “no” for something, it still requires all the info as though you hit yes. It also asks for the same info over and over again. You got my birthday on the first of 10 pages, why doesn’t it autofill?

I can’t send text messages to half my clients. I’m definitely looking into an alternative
With a 13 yr old company they should have an option for to search for key words in the text chat area.
This app is amazing and I really appreciate it!
I have been a patient of Dr. Rellas for many years and have always been impressed by his knowledge and genuine concern for me. Now that he is a concierge provider, the level of personalized care he is able to peovide has been exceptional. I know he takes the time to truly understand my needs and provide thoughtful guidance. As I enter my later years, I feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Rellas in my corner. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding, patient-centered care.

spruce is ok
This app has worked very well for me. Easy to use.
Spruce is new to me; but, very much like patient portals I’ve used before and use now. I like it because it seems to be more directed for communicating directly with my physician and therefore seems easier to me to use than the patient portal.
Actually this is a very good idea!.It’s something that benefits me in so many ways!..It saves me from staying on the phone, also once my prescription is ready I receive a email..I never would’ve thought that following instructions would be so easy.
I don’t normally operate on these things cause they don’t normally work too well but Dr. Andy Wolff’s SPRUCE I write and I back directly.
