CAN NO LONGER ACCESS MY ACCOUNT
I’m very frustrated that I can no longer access my SSS account. I have been paying my contributions monthly and now SSS just took it away in an instant. My contributions were not updated. Discrepancies betweeen the SSS mobile app and website. Contributions did not match. It says my account number is not registered. SSS should be liable for it. Every contribution that I paid is HARD EARNED MONEY!

Garbage App
Someone got paid or even got promoted when they launched this app. For a government supporting app, this app is garbage. I can’t list enough all the wrong about this app. If I’m the head of SSS, heads will be rolling for launching this and not supporting, even finishing it.

When opening the app it has a note saying “The SSS Mobile App you are using is already outdated! Get the latest version of the SSS Mobile App by tapping the Update button below.” Tapping the button won’t do anything and the app is recently updated like 1 month ago. I’ve been using this app ever since and it’s working fine but now its a trash.

App is temporarily unavailable.
I just started paying for my contributions using the app but now it is temporarily unavailable. I hope that sss will look into it and release an update to fix the problem as soon as possible. This app will benefit for members like me who currently reside abroad.

why fix what was not broken
this app used to be very good. Now I cannot even log on because the keyboard won't go away after typing user name. I cannot type the password because the keyboard blocks the space.
Good Start but a Long Way to Go
The app is better than nothing but I estimate it to be 10% effort. It needs a lot of improvement. A simple logout cannot be find. Edit of information is not possible. My contributions are lacking for many years. Pension payment cannot be seen. There is no link for proof of life for pensioners. Or updating other info. No FAQ for many questions you have. SSS app should be given a priority. It is more than a bank as the contributions come regularly and beneficiaries like me need more info access. Contract a good app developer.
