Platform is rubbish - DO NOT USE!! £5,000+ of my money is being held & Stan won’t pay out. My money has been stuck in here for 6months whilst they charge me £30 monthly. There is no help from anyone at all.. I have emailed several times. I have no hired someone & will be taking this further until

It is really annoying not being to speak to someone when issues arise. Your lack of customer service is a reflection on me when I can’t resolve issues for my customers immediately. Do better. I pay a subscription for it after all.
