I don’t understand how you guys think it wise to keep shipping new apps, that perform worse than the previous one every time! Absolutely disappointing! Don’t fix what isn’t broken. The old one, before the ‘BluNest’ worked just fine! All you needed to do was make a few updates, now we’re on our second app in 6 months!

Consistent log in issues
I’m not sure if this is a software issue or not. I have been trying to get into the blunest since last night. It recently also started making me input my email and password everytime, what was the point of putting face is then? Also why is the app telling me that my email address and password is invalid? You need a better programmer!

My Account not Credited After a Month because I didn’t Include Caption
This investment platform is not responsible and they’ll disappoint you, you’d think the bank want to steal from you. Aside issues with logging in/creating an account through the app (which is impossible), I made a transaction forgetting to include a caption (my account id) this bank has refused to rectify the issue, and they only respond to my message once a week offering no solution. Your app doesn’t work smartly and timely. You will fund mutual funds through wallet it will take days to reflect on mutual account if u withdraw same thing it will take day’s.

I am so disappointed with the poor services your customer care team offers. For more than a week I have been sending emails just for one reason, they asked for certain documents and I have provided all yet no reasonable response has been given to me. It seems more like it’s a crime to be abroad and use this bank. Once I am able to withdraw my money I am closing down the account, I cnt be stressing so much for what I am meant to sort by myself using the mobile app but because of the poor online banking system and incompetency I and going weeks with no hope of getting it fixed.

I recently had an issue with a POS transaction where money was debited from my account but it was declined on the machine. I complained and the customer care service reached out to me.
They listened and the transaction was reversed. Up until that day I have never had any issue with Stanbic and going forward I don’t think I would.

Rubbish App
You are waiting for verification code to confirm sale of a fund, code takes forever to arrive, before it arrives, the app would have shut down, locking you out and rendering the code invalid. And then you keep trying again and again, the situation doesn’t change, it just leaves you incredibly frustrated. A financial company that cannot create an effective and efficient app for its users. What a shame!

Next time I don’t have to have different installation for each stanbic app. You can feature flag how the UI and endpoint should work based on what version someone has… this is giving vibe of Engineering team that’s afraid of maintaining other people code and instead keep re-writing each version of the app. Giving it a 1 star solely because of this.

Very useless app
Every time I had to use the app, I have to login inputting my username and very long password. Why is the app disabled from using passkeys or other easy ways of logging in?

Keeps crashing
Other than checking balance and making transfers, I’ve not been able to do any other things because the app either got stuck on a blank screen or just crash entirely and close itself.
