App is crashing after latest update

The Best Organization Ever

Stanford Medical Health in Emeryville is absolutely the best Healthcare system I have ever experienced. Simply superb in all aspects.

Great app but missing one critical feature.

The world has shifted to Tap at point of sale and Apple Pay when online. I don’t have physical Visa cards any more so I can’t pay my copay in advance as neither the mobile app or web site supports Apple Pay. I always have to pay in person tapping my iPhone to the terminal at the doctor’s office.

To streamline the physical check in process, you should bring Apple Pay to both the mobile app and web site. This would be amazing. Your acquiring bank should have info to help get you started with supporting  Pay on both your mobile app and web site.

Congrats

Doing great

Login UI issue

From time to time, when it’s required to type username and password again, the login screen could only show useid portion, the password part is blocked by the keyboard, and there is no way to move the contents up a bit so I can type the password or use iPhone autofill feature. Both the iOS and myhealth app are with the latest version.

Best App

Love it

Dermatology

I have never had a better Dr. than Dr Sarin.

No integration with apple health

The standard apple health connection through MyChart doesn’t work due to a generic error, with Apple blaming Stanford who blames Apple.

There’s also a separate way to make the connection through this app itself, but that requires you to “ask your provider” for an order and providers don’t even know what that means.

Opción para español

App is great but a Spanish interface option would make it that much better. Is that option/setting available?

Excellent app.

Used for the first time today! Absolutely easy to use. Love this app for Stanford.

Love this app

I love communication with my doctors when symptoms arise and they respond

Terrible app. Poor iPad support

Had to fill out a looong questionnaire for an annual exam. Could not do this on my iPad. Form choices did not all fit on the screen in horizontal or vertical and could not be resized. Had to go to my desktop - where I had to go into full screen mode to see all the answers. Sutter’s my health online is SO much better. (Stanford care is better than Sutter though)

Do not like it

Need access to My Health

Excellent!

I received the Harvard Newsletter with same article!

Add Insurance feature broken

My insurance info cannot be submitted through the app. Please fix this bug.

Needs subscribe to cal, no side scrolling

Subscribe to calendar feature would be fantastic so I don’t need to remember to add every appointment individually to my calendar. Reading appointment notes has become a horrendous pain now that the text is wider than the screen and can't be sized to the screen. Please fix!

I love having access to My Health!

As a SHC patient for the last 20 years, I have found this portal very useful and reliable for connection to my doctors via messaging, for storing appointment times, for receiving test results, etc. I use it a lot and I like its simplicity & hope it never gets too complicated for users!

Waisting time and money

No test result added to the app and they send paper copy instead. The letter from customer service remain wrong place which is so difficult to find. Medical record will not be in the right place. It is just sitting on billing info. Hope they will improve their app if they believe they are providing professional service.
