App sucks
Can’t really use the app nothing works

Update and fix the login experience. All the steps to sign in is ridiculous. Test the forms so that the work!
Could be so much better with UX changes
The app could be so much better if it remember my selection for the email subscription upon purchasing thickets, phone number and name..
Make it that it takes 3-4 clicks to go from the main screen to having a ticket
If I own a subscription, why it does not default to use those privileges first (the subscription ticket instead of full price)
Additionally, been able to save a method of payment will be a huge step towards a great app

Ordering food on the app could be a huge plus, making it that I no longer have to wait for the server to add anything or ask for a refill, I personally wouldn’t mind paying a service fee for food order on the app.

App No Longer Working/Lost Tickets
The app logged me out and will no longer let me sign in. Password reset doesn’t work, have been trying for days to get help. Lost all our pre-ordered tickets.

Love the theatre but the app is trash
I LOVE star cinema grill but the app is so glitchy and laggy. I can’t ever get to buy tickets on the app because it can never load and errors out.

It doesn’t work well. At all. Every time I try to use it, I end up frustrated and choosing to go somewhere else.
Was OK when it worked - now can’t even login
Somehow got kicked out of the app, it keeps sending me notifications but I cannot login. Website throws 500 server error, no way to reset password. Useless app! The movie theater is nice but looks like I won’t be coming anytime soon since there is no way to pre purchase tickets
No Support For Promo Card Balance
Just bought several promo cards. There is no way to record the cards or check balances in the app. Seems like the company wants you to lose track of your card info.
SUGGESTION-App should have a place where you can enter card number that will consolidate cards, show balance and allow purchases all from within the app

Just make it easier to purchase, please
I really like the actual theaters. I don’t even much mind the upselling at point of purchase. But for the love of the FSM, PLEASE save my info or at least allow autofill. Actually having to go find my wallet and dig out my cc is SO retro and not in a good way.
Updates have rendered it useless
The app was already barely functional but the most recent update (June 2023) has made it basically worthless. While it’s easier to read the menu, you can’t login and you can’t access your tickets. You can’t even move between showtimes to purchase tickets without going all the way back to the home screen. PLEASE FIX THIS or at least restore the app to its previous mediocre status. This version is horrible.

Tickets is not working
With the new design you can’t access the tickets on the app, we have to use the email, pls fix it! We like the app, is so convenient
Coming Soon not working?
With the latest update, there’s no information showing when “Coming Soon” is pressed. It just stays on the “Now Showing” information.
LOG IN DOES NOT WORK BUT WORKS ON WEBSITE
Tried numerous times and ap will not allow me to login .. but can log in fine on website. Tried to send info to developer but said not accepting feedback.. Can not use ap which makes it worthless.
Fine app but CC doesn’t work
The app works fine until you have to make a purchase, at which point it cannot process credit cards. I had to go to the website to complete the purchase. Inconvenient but truly frustrating!
Absolute Trash
Won’t even let me cancel/ reschedule my ticket after I realized I purchased the wrong date a week in advance. I only downloaded the app because the website wouldn’t work & am severely disappointed.
Missing crucial features
Weirdly devoid of such incredibly basic features as being able to change your password. I searched all through the app and it apparently has no ability to manage your account. No password changes, no changing your email. If these features exist they are deeply hidden. I can’t begin to imagine what a terrible design this is. Let’s hope your password doesn’t get hacked.

they used to have a nice website to buy tickets. now they only have an app... i’m updating my review as they seemed to have fixed the app. the app is fine, but i liked the website better. why do i have to have an app just to buy tickets in advance?
Why only Baybrook
With so many locations, why does it only show Baybrook and not allow me to change locations??

Just downloaded the app and I like the look, but it does not work. I have not been able to get through to order tickets.
