Horrible customer service
I didnât receive part of my order and I asked for a partial refund and they gave me $3 credit instead which I advocated vocally that I didnât want. My friend had the same thing happen to them where they didnât receive the same part of their order and they received a refund. I discussed this with customer service and they told me it wasnât possible and ended the chat on me. I reopened it and provided proof just to still be met with no answers. If you want to be overcharged as a struggling college student and get nothing back if something goes wrong then this service is for you!

Very useful service until the delivery is running late. In which case customer service will paste the same message and you have to deal with late cold food.

AVOID this company! They are predatory and anti-consumer. Their app is buggy and has issues reporting the status of the robots. Not to mention that orders are frequently messed up. I ordered on this app and the robot location was not on the app, and only stated âarriving nowâ. I could not find the bot anywhere, and they cancelled my order. They refuse to give refunds, even if their service fails or malfunctions. The customer service was rude, and told me they wonât help me despite me trying to be polite and explain why I should have been refunded. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor as well. They just want to pocket your money and care not at all about your user experience.

Donât download
Worst customer service when order doesnât show up. Got the same person via texting service for help multiple times and they just kept ending the chat so they didnât have to help me. She didnât even offer to hear the problem first.
Empty robot and Half hour late
I ordered from my campus Starbucks. After waiting 30 minutes after the delete eta, I contacted the support staff who called the store. The robot started moving 5 minutes after and an empty robot arrived.
Stay away from this app. They will say that theyâll refund you but instead theyâll keep your money and send you an empty robot.

Orders Canceled Frequently + Unhelpful Customer Service
Usually I like starship, even with a $3 delivery fee, but lately I had 2 orders canceled after a hour combined of âprepping my orderâ before they were both canceled. The customer service agent only gave me a free delivery coupon which I canât even use because they keep canceling my order. The second time the agent kept disconnecting my chat without saying goodbye, and said âyour second order only canceled after 19 minutesâ as if that helped.

Unhelpful customer support
Not only does my robot not open, and run away to a far location before the customer support stopped it, but the customer support Benjamin is unhelpful in resolving the problem and offering a credit or solution other than go get it

Customer Service
I had a problem locating my bot, so i went to the customer service and she didnât help me. I was outside for 10 minutes in the cold, didnât find my bot, and the bot left. They refused to give me my money back.
Horrid customer service across the board
Been using this app for years and on multiple occasions my order either takes several outs to be delivered a quarter mile away, or they just have faulty bots that get stuck. Once the robot even broke down and i still havenât been notified of any refunds despite claims i would get one

The buggiest app I think I have ever downloaded on my phone. Errors occur almost every time a button is pressed, tried re downloading 3 times, laggy and unuseable

had no issues with the overcharging of goods because it was so convenient until customer service accused me of fabricating the expired milk in the drink i got. upon providing date time and location that the photo was taken, i was informed that my account would be suspended permanently- over 10 dollars. super cool guys!

Terrible
This app is so unreliable itâs impressive. Wait time will be 30 minutes and Iâll get it in 2hrs. Iâll have missing items and wonât get a refund just promo codes
APP NOT WORKING
I paid for a delivery, but once I came back to the app to verify using the facial recognition system. The app never worked, then when I went to restart the app it just completely shutdown. I never recieved my order or the money back even when I was home and there to receive a delivery.
Stopped working
I placed and order and the app just stopped working after I had already paid, lost 20$ for nothing.
Always something wrong
When the app works, itâs great. But every once in a while and then A LOT lately the app hasnât been working. Itâll just never load on a random page and it changes which one whether itâs a menu, the cart, the payment options, etc. It also frequently doesnât save the payment options with the school dining plan which is really irritating. The solution typically is to delete the app and redownload and start over. Iâve tried that 3 times now and itâs still not working. The app is really unreliable.

Never seen an app fail to open this much
This app just refuses to open. I frankly donât know why I still use it. Day after day after day I see the stupid dog or kitten or bunny. It just doesnât open. WiFi, cellular, change location, literally nothing works.
