Fantastic Service, App Buggy after update
App does not properly calculate drivers driver’s distance from the pickup location App will say driver has arrived when they are 4 blocks away. Sometimes app will get stuck on 4 minutes to pick up despite 15+ minute wait time. The prior version at least updated the time component correctly.
Great Service
I recently had an injury and can no longer get around town by walking. I don’t have a car either. But this has been so great this winter. I’ve used it to get to work and doctor’s appointments. It can be tricky when you have to be somewhere at a specific time. But I’ve found that it works best to try to request a ride 30 minutes or so before you need it in case there’s a longer wait time. But overall, I’m very grateful we have a service like this available!
