Representatives direct number
A direct call back number is needed for the representative that’s helping you for updates and changes. Not the general number. Currently you get stuck talking to a robot and repeating the process while you’re stranded.

Ridiculous that you have to use an app to do anything! What does our local agency do for me?!?
Terrible updates
Each excessive update to the app removes the beacon along with location. I don’t have the time to constantly be re-adding the beacon for all the excessive updates! The beacon doesn’t take into account a driver’s need to brake quickly when a child darts out into the street or no sharp turns in round-about intersections. The app is excellent in providing billing, policy, and claims info.

Doesn't work. Tried to create an account and never gave my email address yet it tried to send a confirmation code to my email... what? Mmm ok, that's not gonna work Mr / Mrs IT professional.
Credentials - Stupid
Every time the app updates, my saved Face ID login is erased. Such a stupid app. This absolute stupidity alone makes me want to change my 15 year+ insurance provider.
