Lack of tech support
So it turns out State Farm has decided to completely eliminate their tech-support department. So if you were ever interested in this policy because you think you’re a safe driver, think again. They are not going to give you the discount and they won’t to provide you with any way to fix your situation.

Good App
Unfortunately, unlike other insurance apps it won’t let you post photos already taken in your camera roll during the claim process on the app. It only lets you take them in real time which is a very inconvenient thing. Had to go back to the damaged vehicle to take new pictures.
Great company and app
Not bad for an insurance company. Easy to file claims and get info.

I’m a 21yr old female. Very disappointed in State Farm and my agent. They charged me almost $300 after changing my gender to “male”, lied about how much it would cost to get a rental with their discount… and so much more! I’ve delayed getting my car fixed for 6 months bc they told my repair shop something I never said. Overall I’m disappointed in State Farm and their “professionism.”

Useless
If you just need to look at what your bill is great, but if you have any issues and try to upload anything, the app is not detailed. We had major home damage with hundreds of photos and estimates in the app makes you upload one at a time! Total waste
constant reminders
I don't know what I am doing but I keep getting notified and it's getting annoying. I would like the situation resolved.
Horrible service
State Farm has steadily declined in customer service. They pay less and less, while making the process more difficult. Days waiting estimates and then wanting to used or aftermarket parts. Speaking with a customer service representative is 15-20 minutes wait times. The State Farm i started with 17 years ago is now nothing but a memory!

Safe and sketchy
Their safe driving component is sketchy at best. I don’t drive erratically and no matter how conscientious you are when driving, you still get dinged for reasonable accelerating, smooth stopping, and moderate speed turning; none of which are contributing factors in MVA. Not worth the pittance it saves on my policy.

Fingerprint longin
Why was the fingerprint login option removed?? Bring it back! Passkey is stupid waste of time compared to fingerprint log in. I cannot use this dumb app now because you have removed the easier and more secure login option making it so inconvenient. Please bring it back. Why am I being forced into something that takes more time and less convenience? I want the option of fingerprint login back. If I could rate zero then I would simply for this. Horrible to remove the best way to login.
