Your customer service is unresponsive. OTP code will not reach me with a foreign number. Besides, you suddenly required it without notice to me. I’m am unable to transfer funds, yet no one is able to assist me. Awful service. What’s the point of an inaccessible app or internet banking?

Since the upgrade, I have not been able to make a payment from my beneficiaries list. Now I have to find the account number and bank of the person I want to pay. This is a basic function and that it doesn’t work is highly disappointing.

I sent money to my account, I got the email alert with my balance , but in the app, the 0 at the back has been removed, turning 31000 balance to 3100, and I can’t send out my money.

I made a transfer out and it was reversed back to me but still yet my money didn’t show in my balance and it’s not the first time that it will happen and this one is yet to be delivered to me back
