Bad Upgrade
Since the upgrade, I have not been able to make a payment from my beneficiaries list. Now I have to find the account number and bank of the person I want to pay. This is a basic function and that it doesn’t work is highly disappointing.

I sent money to my account, I got the email alert with my balance , but in the app, the 0 at the back has been removed, turning 31000 balance to 3100, and I can’t send out my money.

I made a transfer out and it was reversed back to me but still yet my money didn’t show in my balance and it’s not the first time that it will happen and this one is yet to be delivered to me back

Good app but one thing I can see
Why’s my transactions history not available? And 300 was deducted from my account yesterday what was it for?

Poor manage and probably a fraudulent app.
I sent more money to this account but never received it. I contacted their customer support and haven’t received any response, even though my bank confirmed that the funds were successfully transferred. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid downloading this app.

You can receive credit alert and you won’t find the money in your account. Very stupid bank. I regret the day I open account with you guy. Funniest part is the customer service won’t ever solve your problem
