Clothes have changed
I used to love my stitch fix boxes and get so excited when I saw the box on my porch. I have been using stitch fix for years. I have had many people sign up through my recommendation. But this past year the styles and clothes choices have gone downhill. The prices are so high I can’t justify spending money on here anymore. When I do the style shuffle I’m mostly thumbs down to everything they offer. And the stuff they do send me isn’t close to anything I like. Just not worth the money for what I’m receiving anymore.

Early in my experience
I’m just beginning to work with Stitch Fix and have been happy so far. I would like to include sportcoats, but I need to get somebody to measure so I have the right size. So far so good. After losing weight I wanted to update my Wardrobe.

Stitch Fix makes shopping fun, easy and effortless. The quality is outstanding and the shopping list is endless. The addictive part for me is their VisionAi! All I had to do was upload 2 photos, answer my styling questions and virtually try-on every single fix that has been styled just for me. Getting my Stitch Fix Box delivered to my front door, and setting time aside for me to try on my clothes at my pace is a huge stress reliever.
I love their App for so many reasons but being able to see how every StyleFix outfit looks on me and curated pieces is the absolute best. I order clothes, purses, shoes, boots, scarves, tops, shirts, pants, skirts and more with all confidence.
Since joining Stitch Fix: I’m gradually rebooting my entire wardrobe. I have cycled out years of old clothes that no longer fit my lifestyle. I have emptied a closet underneath my staircase and created an auxiliary wardrobe. I’m no longer a hermit that dresses without a purpose. I love going to the grocery store in my Stitch Fixes.

SCAM
They sent me clothes that i never ordered and tried to charge me $175. The paper said I have 3 days to return or I get charged. I never agreed to this now I have to drive a hour away to a FedEx to avoid getting charged $175!!! The clothes they sent sucked I would never wear them.

Really nice fits
Gotta say I was a little skeptical of the quality. But one I received my first fix I was actually really impressed. The stylist put together a fix based on my preferences and she did a fantastic job of color selection. She also reached out to me to ask her any questions about what I prefer. I sent her a picture of myself to give her something to go off of. And once I gave her my preferences she put everything together for me. I always enjoy trying new things. So surprising with a new outfit every month is kind of fun. The return process is also super easy. You just go into the app, tell them what you are keeping, pay for it, and then return what you don’t want. They will send the return label attached to a bag with the fix so you don’t have to worry about printing one out. Just put it in the bag and send it to the nearest fedex or Walgreens for fedex returns.

This is a fantastic idea and the convenience is great. They did a great job with sizing and most items I have received over the years, I still have. A couple of things have had the hems come out not long after I received them. Also, I would still receive casual items after specifying I only needed items for work. Overall, however, this has been the perfect time-efficient way to see new styles and gather staple items and some fun extras.

Not bad if you are looking to try a new style every month. Just waiting to receive my first outfit.
Nothing stylish
No interesting tops, sweaters, or jackets. Same colors & plain. For what is shown, outrageously expensive. For this price range should be designer fashions.
Ordered boxes without me noticing
It happened twice already while I don’t remember ordering a fix and it arrived magically by my door. The first time I thought was my mistake and this time I remembered my last fix sucked so I was wondering if I should just deactivate my account. I did not remember ordering another one RIGHT AFTER getting the previous one which I did not like.
There is either something fishy going on or they made the app so you can click into a fix accidentally really easy. Not recommend

Pleasantly surprised by Stitch Fix, rate the pictures of clothing and accessories and upload a photo of myself, and you’ll be pleased with the results! Love my fix clothes, it’s like getting a nice clean surprise!

My account was banned for “fraudulent activity”. All I’ve done is bought a blow drier, two coats and a purse. Haven’t even tried to sell anything. When I tried to appeal it sent me an automated message. After looking into it more, I found a lot of people have this same problem. There are actually no real people who work for this company to contact. If you don’t like AI don’t use this platform because that’s all this is. Yes there are real sellers and I did get my items I ordered but when it comes to who runs the company, it’s a bunch of crickets and AI!!

Years of service
I’ve used StitchFix for quite a while and look forward to every package that arrives on my door step. Most items selected for me are keepers! Also love the convenience.
Choices
I am not liking the styles they are showing. I feel that they are not my style at all. Will give them one more try -if it doesn’t work-I will cancel future purchases
