The sizes are spot on. The material and make of the clothes is top notch. I’ve not had to return anything so far. Love this.
I’m addicted
I’ve been doing stitch fix for years now. We’re to the point that basically everything I wear is from stitch fix. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love it!
Finally
I am 43 and own a Salon, but also spend my downtime in the gym, tending Chickens, and baking sourdough. Essentially, I am the epitome of an elder millennial. I came to Stitch Fix because I tend to go for the same looks over and over, but also know that I am maturing. I want to reflect my maturity with a flare of fun and a Boho western feel and this is the place to get that. Just received my first box and I am over the moon of every item! Not only does everything fit perfectly and is stuff I would never have picked out, but I feel like I’m already elevated with one box. I even opted for another box in 2 weeks because I am so excited about this. Highly recommend if you’re looking to elevate your wardrobe and have a fresh set of eyes on you. I didn’t go the cheapest route, but it’s worth every penny! Thank you, Stitch Fix!

I have been so happy with SF! I wish I knew about this when I was still working. It would have made dressing for work SO MUCH EASIER! Even though I’m retired I have a closet full of clothes to wear to a play, on vacation or just getting together with friends. Highly recommend!
Still Waiting
The styling fee was charged 2 weeks ago, updates say that I should expect my Fix on a date that was 6 days ago. Reached out to customer support twice and the response both times was “it is being shipped as soon as possible”. Meanwhile, the Updates have been stuck at “We’re wrapping it up” with an expected date that has passed. Not a happy customer…

Great app, disappointing styling
Stitch Fix used to be an incredible service with responsive, human stylists who genuinely understood my style. Now, it feels heavily AI-driven and has lost its personal touch. My recent Fixes included identical items, items outside my specified price range, and clothing styles I explicitly asked to avoid. While the customer service team is quick and helpful, and the app's daily quizzes are genuinely fun, the actual product delivery is poorly executed. It is no longer worth it for me, and I won't be recommending it.

Years of Stule
I’ve been a member of Stitch Fix for years. My wardrobe is more stylish and comfortable without the hassle of shopping. My husband also tried Stitch Fix and found pants, jeans, shirts and jackets we would’ve never taken the time to shop for and now he’s hooked!
We are a stitch fix family
It started with my husband, I thought, “yikes he dresses like a p.e. teacher!” So he started stitch fix! Then my teenager was also dressing like a p.e. teacher. So then he started stitch fix. & now it’s my turn!
Style Shuffle
I think there should be a “♥️” option in the shuffle so the stylist can include some of those items in the fix! I like and dislike a lot of the items but LOVE some!

Poor service and lack of diversity
If you want white women from red states dressing you, this is the app for you. I’ve requested a diverse stylist and they are unable to accommodate. They have only paired me with people who do not reflect my aesthetic or lifestyle. Waste of time and poor service
Disappointed after 2 years of fixing
First year it was amazing, I bought all items several fixes in a row and then my suggestions and items to be sent were changed somehow and not my style at all. Reached out to stylist but nothing changed. I continue to push my next fix out mount after month. Very disappointing.

The stylist I have is great. It can be expensive. They keep sending jeans I do not need anymore jeans.

Appreciate having the option to go through style options by liking or disliking to give the stylist more feedback to tailoring to our preferred style & size. Wish the style options were more realistically tailored to our size and selection category preferences. A customer doesn’t feel heard when you’re not interested in high heels, coats, shorts, etc and they’re in a generic style wheel.

Great experience
Everything I bought looks great after a year of wear. I was afraid it would be low quality, but that is not the case! Against the top department stores in my area, the prices are reasonable.
Impossible to cancel
The app has no way to find your order number. It’s impossible to cancel an impulse choice even within minutes. The app just keeps asking you to choose more and then why you didn’t choose to buy the 5 pairs of jeans with no way to say I don’t want to spend the money just now.

Stop trying to sell me clothes every month who the heck wants to have new clothes every single month your wardrobe can’t take it all to throw it away do you donate it? What do you do? It’s ridiculous
Plus they send you things when you don’t want it and you have to pay 20 bucks just because an automatic styler bot sent you a package.
