A lot of the clothes I saw were so not me. The styles were ugly and not to my taste. I like to dress chic, casual and in good taste.
Going into my 30’s with confidence
As I turn 30, I learned that I needed to refresh my style, get better quality clothes at an affordable price while rebuilding my closet without constantly having to go into the mall or support fast fashion. Stitch Fix has supported that & more. I have an amazing stylist! Many brands are woman owned & or using recycled material. I also love that once I input my sizes, everything I’m looking at is catered to me and my wallet. I’m constantly getting compliments on my looks. I’m looking forward to going into my 30’s dressing fabulously!

Always liked. But love the new AI
I’ve always liked the app. The new AI see it on me feature is amazing. I love it!! I check in all the time to see what’s new. I look forward to it expanding. Suggestions- redo style file opportunity every season. I’m not beachy boho in the winter! Also, ability to sort freestyle shopping by price.

The best box!
I’ve tried three different subscription boxes, and Stitch Fix beats the other two on every level: Price, dependability, Stylist, and more. One of my favorite features is the AI that lets me see what an outfit would look like on me. And I can pick items that I like and ask for them to be included in my next fix. So great!

I Love Stitch Fix Clothes
I have been a customer off and on for 10 years, since 2016. I always receive good quality choices! I like that you can choose from 5-8 pieces to try on before you buy. You can have the shopper choose your clothes for you and be surprised when you receive it in the mail! Or you can pick your own selection. I have them pick for me, so I can be surprised! You can play their clothes shuffle. You have a favorite pick section too, so they have a good idea what you like before they send you anything. The more often you shop, the better the selection of clothes you get. You can send back whatever items you decide not to keep, after a 3 day trial! It’s exciting to see what they pick out for me! Like getting a secret prize!

Use to love this AP
I use to love this AP, it was the only place I shopped but it is loosing the plot. The benefit is no longer the styling which is the reason I loved stitchfix. I would get outfits catered to my profile and I maid an annual fee for that service. Now they’re back to $20/box and when I don’t like everything I get sent, which is happening more…I pay for nothing. There is less incentive for the stylist to get it right. When asking why they did this it’s to go to their freestyle shopping. I DONT HAVE TIME to scroll or think or shop it’s why I wanted the style service! I miss the old stitchfix value proposition. Please bring it back or I’ll likely bring my money elsewhere.

The clothing is fantastic
My 4 year old daughter and myself that is 38 years of age love it and have been ordering from stitch fix for two years now.
Good, when it arrives
First two shipments were great. Clothes are high quality even at the lower price points and I kept a few items from each one. My third shipment was set to arrive yesterday but it hasn’t even shipped yet. I’m always disappointed by companies who can’t deliver on the dates they promise. I was considering canceling my subscription due to that but when I contacted support about the issue they added a $10 credit to my account for inconvenience which changed my mind. Their support team was also quick to respond which is great. As long as the delayed shipments don’t become a recurring issue I would highly recommend this service. I hate shipping in stores and it’s hard to find clothes I like. This makes it so easy to find well fitting clothes that look good on me, and it helps me find new things I wouldn’t have tried otherwise. You do have to ship back the clothes you don’t like through FedEx, and I wish you could use UPS as I have to drive much further to a location. But luckily there’s one by my job so I take them to work with me to do so. The AI try on is pretty cool too on their app, pictures are surprisingly accurate as long as you upload good photos. You also get to pick what price range you want for each type of garment so you’re comfortable paying for the things you like. You can also exchange for a different size but so far everything has fit perfect. It’s $20 fee per shipment but the first couple times they waived that fee.

Rating items
I would like the ability to “like” or “love” an item but put context to it. For example there are a lot of the super expensive items that I would like something similar but want to make sure my stylist knows not at that price point.

Best personal styling
Stitch fix has changed my confidence and style. Been with them for years. I get compliments all the time. Very very rare I would return. Love my stylist.
