Does not work
The app simply stopped working, I could not log in. I asked for a password reset as advised by my Estate Agent, no link received, tried many times, the app confirmed that the link was sent to my email address but nothing received. The agent has tried to reset, using another email address, still no. However, we do all communications by email and I do wonder what the point of the app is. Don’t waste your time with it.

The app is decent but my word, you need to log-in like every day or so, tedious is an understatement, especially when you are trying to sell a house and are looking at the app multiple times a day. Tedious.

Very frustrating. Reports also appear to be failing to attach videos.

Crash crash crash
It crashes during everything. Questionnaire? Crash. Want to see my offers? Crash. Want to see my viewings? Crash. It just crashes, I can’t do anything other than view the home page - but don’t click anything otherwise it crashes.

Logs me out
Every time I go back to this app it has logged me out and I have to go through a tedious log in process again. It means I don’t use it as it’s just too irritating.
Property questionnaire section
The landlord’s propertyquestionnaire section has a bug and cannot be completed after “property issues” section.
