A good range of exercises but needs more clarity
First of all, I didn’t expect this app to be free because I expanded the in app purchases and saw what it costs. I’m horribly inflexible and I’ve reached an age where this is now affecting my health (groin injuries aren’t fun). I needed an app to guide me through a programme to improve my flexibility that I could stick to and this app offers just that. I watched an ad to try day one to see if it was for me before paying the more than reasonable one-time purchase price (about the same price as a paperback exercise guide). I’ve completed day one of the beginner’s programme and I’m looking forward to day two. I like the app so far but there are some things that could dramatically improve it as a stretching tool for beginners like me. The photos are great quality and clear but some of the exercises are a bit unclear from a single photo and textual description. Child’s Pose, for example gave me some problems. Three or four step by step photos would be a huge improvement. There isn’t anywhere that tracks what specific stretches you’ve done in the course of using the app (other than completed days marked on a programme) and surprisingly, the app doesn’t log your calories to Apple Health.

Bi lateral
I’ve just started the Full Body Stretching Routine 4 week program.
I like the offered exercices however 4 of them don’t have the Left and Right sides included. Can this be fixed please? Thank you
Ex3: Figure 4 stretch
Ex13: Pigeon pause
Ex14: Shoulder stretch
Ex17: Neck stretch

Need Work
I purchase the beginners stretch the pace is too fast, as a beginner I need enough time to familiarize myself with what I am been asked to do, There is not enough time to change from standing stretches to floor or vice versa. Also sometimes there is a left stretch but no right stretch. Why not group all the standing stretches and once you are on the floor you finish there. Otherwise the App is great. If the developer could find a way to slow down this beginner stretch I would be the first to change my rating.

No instructions
Except for an awful “GO, GO!” at the start of each exercise there is no sound or instruction; meaning you need to be looking at the app constantly to find out what you are “GO, GO!” -ing to do next.
A very basic app with no video or sound.

Wanted to like, needs a few fixes
Nice concept and program flow. Countdown for left and right sometimes doesn’t include both sides. Sometimes picture doesn’t match words. Sound didn’t work when connected to AppleTV. Just tidy it up and it might be worth the money.
Not what is says!!
I love the exercise on this, as an ultra runner I was just looking for some stretches a bit different, so download a “free” app to try. But it’s not free! when you go to do a program it wants to charge you!! It does not state this in the info given. Think I’ll stick U tube, not hidden costs there.
Best stretching app I’ve found
Best stretching app I’ve found. Access all free and range of daily programs and 4 week challenges. Good before exercise and before bed. Put your phone on silent and activate the in app vibration because the sound effects are annoying.
