This is such a great platform! I love that it offers impactful, effective at-home workouts. I genuinely feel the sweat and muscle soreness I expect after a good workout, which tells me I’m getting the most out of every session. I’m so glad I joined! Amazing app
I have found this app so useful and structured. I really struggled before with trying to work out what I am supposed to do at the gym and how to do exercises . It has boosted my confidence massively, due to the structured plan. It has so much diversity also.
I have had quite a few questions recently and one thing that stands out the most is the customer service! So prompt and helpful , I have never had a question left unanswered.

Honestly one of the best decisions I have made. From complete beginner to expert. Everything is there for you. I love all the videos and swaps.
Glitchy
I really wanted to like this app, but it's been a frustrating experience. It frequently glitches during workouts, often freezes or lags, and many of my completed workouts aren't recorded properly. Tracking progress is one of the main reasons I use the app, so it's disappointing when my workouts disappear or fail to save. On top of the technical issues, it has been difficult to get timely support. For the price of the subscription, I expected a much more reliable experience. I hope these issues are addressed soon because the app has a lot of potential.

Timer between sets not working
Timer between sets not working - please fix.
I like the new version but
I like the new version, but the touchscreen is not working perfectly. I often have to tap multiple times before it registers that I want to move to the next workout. Also, when I try to press the small arrow to go to the next workout, the “Enter Reps and Weight” option sometimes appears instead.

Love this app I recommend it all the time but the new update is “no bueno.” No matter if I plan something it shows everyday is a rest day. The calendar shows a different workout than I chose. They change the weekly read so you can’t look at the prior days which I used to do all the time if I couldn’t get a workout in or missed a specific workout because I was at home and not the gym. Now I have to go in and Rachelle the entire workout or screenshot it because it disappears.
Assume the scheduled workout issue will be fixed because I don’t look like the only person with the issue.

Stopped working like it used to
Dates are all wrong. Completely messed up a 12 eeek program I was in the middle of. Trying to schedule a new 3 days plan and workouts display for 2 days a week. And that’s only if I click on the calendar button. Every day says it’s a rest day. Completely frustrated.
Price tripled within a year
I used Strng app for a little over two years. The app is okay overall. The workout structure and functions are thoughtfully designed even though it was quite buggy.
The recipes are very basic and probably only work if flavor balance and texture are not priorities.
I originally paid £59.90. After taking a break (3-4 months) I came back to a redesigned app with not many useful new features and the new price of £179.99. Tripling the price is how you lose your loyal customers.
