Opened an account with them and got help to pay my vehicle auto payments off and paid them off and got offered a credit card with them, took it immediately and my credit score got better and better as long as I made my payments on time and paid when I was supposed to, they actually gave me a credit increase today which I’m supper happy about !!! Can honestly say I love this financial company their the best in the game :)

Worst CC Provider Ever
I’ve never seen a worst credit card company. They decline every transaction, their support is utterly useless and lies to you, and they try and collect every piece of data they can. They’ve asked me to send my utility bill 3 times now and I have done so every time just to get no response. Now they want my social security card, pictures of me holding my ID as well as my ID, and a bank statement FOR NO REASON. They’re a scam company attempting to collect as much data as possible and when you confront them about this they’ll hang up or disconnect from the chat. AVOID THIS COMPANY. There’s a reason you’ve never heard of them.

Used to work great
I’ve had the app for about 3 years and never had any problems. About 2 months ago, my bank account mysteriously unlinked itself and now I can’t relink it. I can’t even delete the account. Because even though it says unlinked, the payments are still auto drafted. What’s up with this?

Can’t Schedule payments .
This app doesn’t give you any options where you can schedule payment in advance. And for me that’s an inconvenience. Cause sometimes people forget to make their payment . If this app has a feature where you can schedule like 3 payments in advance, this would be helpful. Just like every other credit cards platform does. So I don’t like this one at all . And i have debts on many other credit, and this one is the smallest one. But just because of lack of payments conveniences , i have to let it go by itself monthly. And schedule like 2-3 payment in advance for my other accounts .
And when i pay off my other accounts i will continue to use them . But this one , when i pay it off , if i remember . I will throw it somewhere so i can forget about it.
Cause the lack of good payment features or payment scheduling in advance makes me hate this app.

beware
The interest is not flexible, even if you’ll try to pay it off as fast or as early as possible. They bake their interest as a total amount, something you should consider. I learned it the hard way.
Your app just does not work-
I try to sign into my account with the email I signed up with at Ollies and the PW I signed up with and SAVED to this iPhone-says no acct with this information-I try to reset my password, put in email and last 4 of social hit continue and guess what takes me right back to the sign in screen.this is not the first,5th,10th nor 20th+ time I’ve tried to access my Ollies account-I spent OVER 2 hrs at one point with CS trying to resolve this. I have tried the website-I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app 5+ times, I have turned my phone off and on too many times to count-it is a iphone13—-so what is the problem here that no one can seem to figure out? I just want access my flipping account!

your latest update is always making you log manually the face id no longer works - keeps saying that it’s disabled due to the update and then enables it to- but does the same the next time you log in

Face login
The app has face login, but it disables it "for security" every day. What's the point of having face login if you have to re-enable it all the time?
And then if you disable it, it tries to re-enable it.
And then if you disable it, it tries to re-enable it.
It crashes
The app crashes and closes whenever I try to view a transaction under my credit card.

I have the same problem with everything oversized and I can’t read information. Then it won’t let me out and I have to uninstall. I won’t be reinstalling until there is feedback you have fixed this bug. I like to pay early and keep an eye on my accounts interest, but I can’t see squat. Thanks!

Not get friendly to navigate on mobile smaller phone screen
The pages fill up my screen so I can’t reduce magnifying to see entire page
Facial ID
Your facial ID login is a joke. I keep getting a message that it is disabled, I log in manually and it shows as on. This work fine on my other apps but not this one. FIX it.

We are new to Sunbit and have discovered this app to be the absolute worse and NOT USER FREINDLY we’ve ever encountered. Have to keep deleting entire app, then restart from beginning to return to previous page! AWFUL
No payment
They don’t offer a pay thru app feature and only give you reasons why but don’t fix….
I dislike the latest update
Before the app was updated, I used to be able to see how much per month I was paying down on my loans, along with the date in which the payment would go through. But with the latest update, the only thing the app tells me is how much I owe left on a loan and how many payments are left. I have to manually click on every loan to review the details now, and it’s super annoying.

APP OVERSIZED FOR MY PHONE
Every time I try to make a payment on my phone I can't because the app is too big to show the final part of the transaction where I would approve the payment.
This is the only app that does this. Sunbit needs to fix it because it is frustrating.
