App is a little use
This app has little use other than monitoring the amount of energy created, there is so much more information that could be given that would make this work much better. To attempt to make an equivalent comparison from miles driven in a car is foolish. There can be zero equivalency made.. how big is the car? What’s the MPG? How fast are you driving? How slow are you driving? It’s just a way to try to make yourself look impressive…. It doesn’t work.

Great App!
The ease and basic layout of the app makes it great for a simple user experience. I have enjoyed the updated app since it rolled out. It makes system monitoring, payments and everything else simple to use anywhere especially on the go!

Pretty good app
It’s a pretty good app. I like most of its features. It would be good if when looking at the graphs that they automatically go to the current day. I sometimes look at the graphs and discover that they’re two days old. Other than that, pretty good app.
Easy to use
I like the app because it’s simple yet has cool data on it. It never bugs out and gives me a clear overview of how my system is running. When they make updates to the app it’s simple but not over the top

Since I don’t trust PG&E to be honest with me about what I used, it would be nice if your graph showed a comparison between what was produced and what was consumed.

I am always nervous when a company changes the format or “updates” their website or mobile app. This in most cases means they did not make it better they just made it different. That means I have to spend a lot of time to find what I need.
This is truly much better than the last or original version. Which I also felt worked fine.

Sunrun has been amazing! Living in Las Vegas, solar is a must. Sunrun has been a great help in achieving the goal to go solar!!

Disappointing
I hope my review can help future customers or people who want install solar panels with this company I started with the panels since the beginning of June the came to install the panels like at the end of the same month but they broke the tiles of the roof and Ive been trying to have an answer from the company but never answered they only promised verbally to comeback to fix them but they never did its already 2 months after they broke the tiles and haven’t repaired them is very disappointing and frustrating because now they dont even answer I sent text messages phone calls emails and nothing I would highly not recommend this company

Great if it worked
Shows no production and frequently delayed and inaccurate. Call for support state all is fine despite what the app states
App is improving but still a ways to go
Since you no longer send monthly invoices out, the only way to get them is via the app. But that feature no longer works. After 2 service calls, no change, or follow up. Customer service reps are nice, but no one at SunRun cares. Also, the app reports home energy usage for the previous 24 hrs. After that, the number is reduced by 10-30%. Its history data is wrong. Fortunately the app’s reporting of solar energy generated is accurate historically.
Lastly, the app asks for customer feedback, but it appears to directly in the trash. No feedback or acknowledgment.
