Disappointing
I hope my review can help future customers or people who want install solar panels with this company I started with the panels since the beginning of June the came to install the panels like at the end of the same month but they broke the tiles of the roof and Ive been trying to have an answer from the company but never answered they only promised verbally to comeback to fix them but they never did its already 2 months after they broke the tiles and haven’t repaired them is very disappointing and frustrating because now they dont even answer I sent text messages phone calls emails and nothing I would highly not recommend this company

Great if it worked
Shows no production and frequently delayed and inaccurate. Call for support state all is fine despite what the app states
App is improving but still a ways to go
Since you no longer send monthly invoices out, the only way to get them is via the app. But that feature no longer works. After 2 service calls, no change, or follow up. Customer service reps are nice, but no one at SunRun cares. Also, the app reports home energy usage for the previous 24 hrs. After that, the number is reduced by 10-30%. Its history data is wrong. Fortunately the app’s reporting of solar energy generated is accurate historically.
Lastly, the app asks for customer feedback, but it appears to directly in the trash. No feedback or acknowledgment.

Much needed information
Good data but not sure how savings calculated. Says amount with solar and amount without. Same usage and since I am leasing, I do pay SunRun each month. Does this calculate for leases?

Working together
I have two house with solar panels since 2015 and 2021 now having them on one app is so much easier to watch and see if everything is preforming.
Ease of use
This app is so easy to keep track of how your system is working. Being able to look back at how the system has been performing is a major benefit to see if there are any issues to deal with.
Terrible.
This app is a complete waste. No alerts when things aren’t working properly which is quite often. No one at SunRun monitors your system. Any problem is for you to discover and bring to their attention
Good app
Its doing the job. It has good features like you can find the documents, chat, see your production, buy products. Hopefully in the future we see how much is the consumption vs production and how much extra goes to the net.

Working well
Everything is fine for the solar panel, except for where they had to tear out some of my vinyl siding and have not put it back in and there’s a couple holes in the side of the house where they put in the new electric
Happy home owner
Since having solar panels installed in Oct ‘22, I have not had one bill from my electric company, and have maintained having a credit. Even when the system was down for 2 months during July and August. Air conditioners running 24/7. Now I just pay a simple monthly fee and that doesn’t change and the lease is transferable!
