They told me I was going to get my money in 1 to 2 business days after making so many calls to get the cancellation number like they told me to get so the refund can be made its been over a week and now they said that they need a gmail but hotel told me they don’t send gmail.

They say there’s no hidden fees, but when I put in my card information, they tried to charge my card a dollar never said anything about a monthly subscription or anything until after they charged the dollar
