hard to use
Login is terrible. The app is really hard to find the right doctor. And surest is easy to audit and reject the medication I got from doctors even it’s totally ok when I used other insurance providers.

the worst health plan you can get is through them, they are a completely trash pathetic company that likes to act like they are the best but in reality they are trash. there was several times were there was some billing issues with them and they had me to keep calling back and forth with the hospital facility and surest customer support until they can finally get it resolved months later. i wouldn’t recommend this trash pathetic company

Mostly okay
I like it that I am able to look up Care, but I don’t like that virtual option shows up and I’m not able to dismiss the message. I also don’t like when you search for providers that you can’t view on the map, you only have an option to look at a list and it won’t let you pinch and zoom on the map to view. That’s frustrating.

Glitches
This app is very glitchy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes I can’t even log in. My password is saved but doesn’t work sometimes. FaceID doesn’t work most of the time. I’m constantly having to change my password. Not user friendly.
Great app. Need Appt Booking
It’d be great if appointments can be booked directly from the app itself.

It crashes constantly, it will log you out, won’t allow Apple to save your password, will force you to reset, EVERY TIME YOU USE THE FACE ID IT WILL RESET ITSSELF. If your company uses this vibe-coded GPT garbage, RUN!!

It’s 2026 and their feedback box does not even automatically capitalize “i.” Says everything you need to know about how they value and prioritize user experience.
Great, when it works
This app is great when it works, which is rare. Fix iOS please! I try to log in the just get an infinite progress spinner and it just fails to load anything.
Can’t login
Haven’t been able to log in since Feb. It’s now June. Had same issue last year for months. “Send Failed” and “Invalid token/ auth code please try again” errors even after resetting password.

Another app that requires complete re-login after updates. Despite Face ID being enabled, I’m being forced to sign in again, requesting a password reset is abysmally slow (five minutes later and still don’t have the email). It’s a great idea having this stuff all linked to an app but if the app is subpar what then???

Updated app Face ID won’t work
New update and Face ID isn’t an option anymore. It’s there but not clickable.
Inaccurate Coverage Info
The vast majority of locations I have contacted and visited do not accept my insurance, despite them being labeled as in-network on this app. I have found the information on this app to be completely unreliable and I do not recommend it to anyone.
Worst experience
Rating system for providers is horrible, app is clunky and email alerts don’t work. Very difficult to sign in. App launches a website for authentication which bugs out from time to time giving red error message. Paying 3x what I used to pay for drugs and even generics are priced same as name brand. Not happy at all with surest

My password is saved to my phone. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I constantly have to change my password and sometimes I still can’t get in. Annoying and useless.
UHC needs to fix this app!
The maps don’t work well. The menus and popups cover the screen. There’s no way to minimize keyboard. App needs work! UHC app was better.
