Terrible customer service

I use Sykes a lot and the app has stopped showing my current and past breaks. I’ve reached out to customer service on whatsapp who are absolutely DREADFUL. Don’t respond and then close off your query after 24hours. Would absolutely not recommend and due to access issues, will probably go back to cottages / hoseasons.

No bookings showing

None of my bookings are showing in the app. I’ve made lots of bookings in the past without any problem so something has changed. The Help section in the app is useless - it requires a booking but insists I don’t have any past or present - and the WhatsApp support is equally useless. Does anybody at Sykes actually care???

Absolutely dreadful

Impenetrable booking system Customer Service is always closed misleading emails lack of communication. I would suggest you find a different holiday company.
