Very Convenient in Downtown Linden
this charging station is very convenient and very economical. I charged my car while walking at the local park and shopping in the very cute town of Linden.

Charging as an industry still isn’t perfect, but these people do it better than everyone besides Tesla. Their support is helpful and accessible, and they even have support in Spanish
Fast charging terrible APP!
The charger at the Phil Long Ford in Colorado Springs is amazing with the charging but when it’s time to disconnect it is a pain!!! The machine says you have to stop charging using your phone but the APP doesn’t give you an option to STOP charging it only gives you the stats and to START the charge. This is very frustrating because customer services has a long hold time during the day and it takes forever to get someone on the phone to manual disconnect it. Please look into this.

The QR code always takes you to the website instead of going directly to the app itself. Other than that, seems to work OK
Garbage
I had to give all my personal information just to not be able to charge. It’s got your logo and your QR code and doesn’t work. I also don’t trust your company with my credit card info.
Fast and efficient
This is my first electric car but these are the cheapest and fastest chargers I have yet to encounter. Haven’t had one issue yet.
