the structure my brain needs

these guys are like my own personal trainers, super informative with the videos and marks everything easily. I just finished the beginner gym muscle building and I loved it! super easy to do at home with dumbbells as well so you don’t even need a gym membership. they are also super receptive to feedback and adding new programs if you dm them on instagram! I feel so much stronger and I’m excited to start the advanced muscle building :)

Sign in is terrible

I've had to change my password multiple times and I still can't get access. I'm out. Canceling my 30-day free period; not worth the frustration.

Hi Tave, it looks like you signed up with 2 different email addresses one correct and one with a typo that would have caused this behaviour. We recently added real time email verification to prevent this issue.

Equipment Required

The program begins without any introduction or explanation as to how the app/programs work. It immediately jumps into it leaving you shocked as you’re not ready. Then it jumps from a floor exercise to a wall exercise with no time allotted for the switch. If you’re trying to work on mobility issues forget it. This is for the young and already in shape only. Also, I don’t consider this a home program if I have to go out and purchase a bunch of equipment. I’m in the trial period but almost positive I’ll be canceling.

Hi! This is Coach Milad, co-founder of the app. I appreciate your detailed feedback and want to clarify a few things. The introduction page has always been available in each program, laying out the "why," results, and schedule. For example, our Full Body Flexibility program states: "This 12-week full-body flexibility program features 3 distinct workouts, each targeting different muscle groups. For optimal results, it's recommended to perform these workouts twice a week, totaling 6 sessions. However, you can adjust to 3 sessions weekly based on your schedule and needs." We've recently added progress bars and pause buttons to all videos and timers, letting you transition between exercises at your own pace. Many of our routines are specifically designed for beginners. My parents use our "Beginner Longevity" and "Beginner Mobility" programs weekly to stay functional in their 60s, 70s, and 80s! Equipment requirements are listed before starting each routine, though we'll work on making them more visible. As this is our first app, your feedback helps us improve. Can’t cancel during trial.

Manage subscription tab takes you nowhere. I was going to write a good review as it’s a good app just not for me.
But now it seems like a SCAM!!!!!

Excellent content, terrible interface

This the app I've been looking for. And I tried many. Aaptiv, peloton, yoga studio and a bunch of others. The content and the idea of timing things for you, working through every set, and having a task every day (rather than, do THIS three times a week... like I'll ever remember). So I am sticking with it and will probably pay, although at $20/month there is no excuse for the interface. Sets glitch, there is no time between sets so you sprint from the wall to the stretch, some images are oddly askew. I am hoping they will get fixed in time, not sure how much this is a side project for the makers, and how much they care to improve it. I could beta test the whole thing and provide notes (I did, with the first few days) because I think the app has great potential.

Mobility and strength

Just started this app and it’s everything I’ve been looking for. I want to get back into shape and increase my mobility.

Easy way to build strength and mobility at home

I like how easy it is to access and follow a quick home workout routine that focuses on your core as well as improving mobility. Simple, easy to follow exercises that are well described in short video clips so you know how to do them properly. I just completed Beginner Muscle and Mobility 12 week program and am starting the Work around Knee Pain program. It has been easy to fit this into my morning routine and I can see the progress! I totally recommend this app!
