I recommend Tamara for everyone who wants to buy now pay later. The app gives you a very easy and convenient options starting from one month up to 4 months to pay. Also payment options and navigating to process the first payment are too easy to do while you’re purchasing.

انصح بعدم التعامل معهم مرة أخرى، رفعت خطاب بإيميل بشأن المبالغ المستحقة التي لم تتغير في حسابي بعد السداد ولا حياة لمن تنادي+ تواصلت معهم عبر التطبيق ونفس الشي، روبوت بلا قيمة يرد عليك ولا فاهم قصتك وحتى لما كلمني بني ادم صار أقل نفع من الروبوت، لا وشايلين الدفع عند طريق ابل باي ولازم فيزا بدون سابق انذار

لايطلب منهم حقكم ضايع
التاجر ماوصلي الطلب وباقي دفعة له رفعت مطالبة بالغاء الطلب بعد شهور التاجر الكذاب قلهم وصل الطلب وهو ماوصله والغو المطالبة ودحين مطالبين بدفعة الاخير اول مره أشوف خدمة دفع يتجمعون فيها الحرمية

App Scam: Avoid, wrongful deductions
Just as another reviewer has experienced, the app has in the last two months, Feb and March 2026, charged payments for an order that was refunded Nov last year and for which the payment cycle should have finished in Dec. The issue was brought to the attention of customer care multiple times through the in-app help center and emails were sent but to no avail. A very scammy experience, will not be using the app again. Furthermore, they deducted processing fees from the refund issued for a recent return, despite emailing me a credit note for the same. Very dubious, the math doesn’t always math in their app and emails that are sent out, there are many discrepancies/typos.

Bad application
If you're unwilling to fix your mistakes, and your customer support is useless and just a name, I advise you to shut down. I contact you daily and try to reach you, but no one responds to my messages. I'm having trouble adding a card to complete payments, but I can't add a bank card to finalize the transaction. I try to add a bank card to complete the payment, but every time I try, the app asks me to try again, or when I enter the card details, nothing happens, even though I double-check that the information is correct.
Your problem is that the app relies entirely on artificial intelligence without any human intervention to resolve issues. Because of your negligence and laziness in fixing the app's problems, when I tried to make a payment and add my bank card, I was only 8 days late. But because of your lack of cooperation in resolving the issues, I'm now 10 days late, and my account has been blocked.
