Customer Support is Super Helpful!
Yes, the app has some issues, but whenever I email the customer support email, they’re very helpful in helping me to resolve my problem. As a result, I continue to use the TampaWell app with no more issues and know that if I do experience anything, anything I can reach out for help.

This app has been great, and the customer service team has been extremely quick to help me figure out any issues!!
So Many Errors, No Rewards
For a while and earned enough points for a reward but it says “internal server error” when I go to redeem them. I finally was able to get the redeem part to work but now it’s giving me an error about getting the reward even though it cashed out my points. There’s no help or support option in the app and the App Support button on the Apple App Store page for TampaWell leads you to a website with an error page. If you could actually get your rewards or ask someone for help, it could be an awesome app but for now it’s disappointing.

Spring 2026 Update is a disaster
The spring 2026 update is a nightmare. Steps no longer track, you can no longer cash out, and the quiz no longer updates every day.
