Don’t change your phone
So overly complicated, then as I was getting there with an email authorisation it wouldn’t proceed until the app was updated!!! Had to start ALL OVER!!

Constantly crashes and unable to use
The app is the worst ive seen. I actually can’t use the charge points at my complex because the app crashes as soon as it opens and so I can’t start a charge. Have to go elsewhere instead. Awful app and service

What a load of rubbish does not work tech support is useless don’t waste your time with this lot
Does not focus
This app does not work, try to scan the qr code on the charger and the camera does not focus, tried different phone and same issue
Waste of time
Standing by some beautiful Easee chargers at Mount Stuart House, all with the Tap QR code but not even listed on the map. Count make them charge though they were clearly working. (Also 4 chargers incorrectly listed on Rothesay pier which aren’t working and believed to be CPS anyway!)

Charging speed 2.4kwh unacceptable considering there is a set charge of £2.64 for each session. May as well use a three pin plug.

The app was quickly downloaded and the instructions simple and easy to understand. Charging, if a little slow, was successful and easy to track via this app. A pdf VAT invoice was stored in the internal wallet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
