I am very disappointed with the recent customer support experience. I contacted Tata Play Customer Care regarding a channel refresh issue and spent almost 30 minutes on the call. I provided all required details, including the set-top box number and card information, and followed multiple instructions to restart the device. However, the issue was not resolved.
After disconnecting the call, I contacted my local dealer, from whom I purchased the setup. They refreshed the service, and it started working immediately within seconds.
This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my valuable time. I request better technical support efficiency to ensure customers do not face such issues in the future.

Poor Service and No Resolution for Signal Issues
I am very disappointed with Tata Sky service. My set-top box is not receiving any signal, and despite repeated complaints, the service team has not resolved the issue. Instead of fixing the problem, they put the responsibility on the customer, which is unfair. If the box is not getting signal, how can the customer be at fault?
As a paying customer, I expect proper service and quick support, but the response has been unhelpful and frustrating. Tata Sky needs to take accountability and ensure that such issues are resolved promptly instead of shifting the blame.
