The WhatsApp contact directed me to email, where I received a short, unhelpful message saying my verification was
"under process." Despite following all procedures, I've been left waiting for 12 days without any clear update or timeline. The registration process itself is clunky, and the customer support for new users seems unresponsive and inefficient. It's impossible to use the app when you can't even get registered.
